【摘要】：十二五規(guī)劃的成果已經(jīng)顯而易見,我國的工業(yè)化進(jìn)程明顯加快,經(jīng)濟(jì)大幅增長,尤其是電力、軍事、航空類項(xiàng)目越來越多,這樣一來,會(huì)誕生相當(dāng)多的大件設(shè)備,而這些大件設(shè)備如何從生產(chǎn)地運(yùn)輸?shù)侥康牡貙⑹且粋�(gè)很大的挑戰(zhàn),本論文以元壩項(xiàng)目大件設(shè)備運(yùn)輸為課題,主要研究了大件設(shè)備運(yùn)輸方案的編制及評(píng)價(jià)方法。目前,國外的大件運(yùn)輸技術(shù)及設(shè)備與國內(nèi)差異比較大,本文主要分析了國內(nèi)外大件運(yùn)輸?shù)默F(xiàn)狀及差距,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)技術(shù)、設(shè)備及操作等方面的不足,同時(shí),基于國內(nèi)外公路大件貨物運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀,本文分析了國內(nèi)外大件運(yùn)輸?shù)牟罹?總結(jié)了國內(nèi)大件運(yùn)輸存在的不足之處,同時(shí),本文對(duì)大件設(shè)備進(jìn)行了分類,并對(duì)其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了說明。文章以元壩項(xiàng)目為研究課題,介紹了一個(gè)完整方案的編制過程,主要包含項(xiàng)目情況介紹、設(shè)備信息、組織架構(gòu)、運(yùn)輸路線及周期、工裝設(shè)計(jì)、裝載方式、加固捆綁、應(yīng)急預(yù)案等。一個(gè)完整的方案編制完成后,需要經(jīng)過相關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的審批,審批通過后方可運(yùn)行。本文根據(jù)方案編制的實(shí)際情況,從車組通過性、安全性、易操作性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、車輛動(dòng)力性五個(gè)方面建立了公路大件設(shè)備運(yùn)輸方案評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用基于語言變量和TOPSIS的評(píng)價(jià)方法構(gòu)建矩陣,進(jìn)行模糊運(yùn)算,最后以元壩項(xiàng)目方案制定的實(shí)例證明了算法的可行性。最后,文章對(duì)整篇論文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)說明,基于元壩方案,將此種算法運(yùn)用到各種大型設(shè)備方案選擇中,更好的降低事故率,提高企業(yè)效益。
[Abstract]:The results of the 12th Five-Year plan have become obvious. The process of industrialization in our country has speeded up and the economy has increased significantly, especially in the power, military and aviation projects. In this way, a considerable number of large pieces of equipment will be born, and how these large equipment will be transported from production to destination will be a big challenge. The major equipment transportation of the dam project is a subject, which mainly studies the method of compiling and evaluating the transportation scheme of large parts equipment. At present, the foreign large parts transportation technology and equipment are very different from those in China. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation and gap between domestic and foreign large parts transportation, summarizes the shortage of domestic technology, equipment and operation and so on, and is based on the shortage of the domestic and foreign technology, equipment and operation. At home and abroad, the present situation of large cargo transportation at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the gap between domestic and foreign large parts transportation, and summarizes the shortcomings of large parts transportation in China. At the same time, this paper classifies large pieces of equipment and explains its characteristics. The article takes the Guangyuan project as a research topic, and introduces the process of the compilation of a complete scheme, the main package. Including project information, equipment information, organization structure, transportation route and cycle, design of tooling, loading mode, reinforcement binding, emergency plan and so on. After the completion of a complete program, it needs to be approved by the leaders of the relevant departments and approved through the rear. The evaluation index system of highway large parts transportation scheme is established in five aspects of easy operation, economy and vehicle power, and a matrix based on the evaluation method based on language variables and TOPSIS is used to make the fuzzy operation. Finally, the feasibility of the calculation is proved by the example made in Guangyuan project. Finally, the article is carried out on the whole paper. The conclusion is that based on the Guangyuan plan, this algorithm can be applied to the selection of various large-scale equipment schemes, so as to better reduce the accident rate and improve the efficiency of enterprises.
