【摘要】：在日漸成熟的國內(nèi)交通基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)中,橋涵結(jié)構(gòu)扮演著越來越重要的角色,在高速公路中尤為突出。有橋涵結(jié)構(gòu)的出現(xiàn),一個(gè)不可避免的問題也會隨之而來,橋頭跳車現(xiàn)象。橋頭跳車即橋涵兩端一定范圍內(nèi)橋面與臺背路堤頂面產(chǎn)生的錯(cuò)位或不平順,當(dāng)行駛車輛以一定車速經(jīng)過錯(cuò)位處時(shí)會產(chǎn)生跳動的一種現(xiàn)象。針對橋頭跳車病害的預(yù)防與治理,國內(nèi)外的專家學(xué)者都進(jìn)行了廣泛的研究探索。處治橋頭跳車的根本途徑,就是減少甚至避免橋臺與臺背路堤的差異沉降,而在解決差異沉降時(shí)一般從天然土基、路基和路面三個(gè)方面著手。設(shè)置橋頭搭板作為一種有效而又經(jīng)濟(jì)的辦法,得到了普遍的應(yīng)用。橋頭搭板是通過過渡兩種結(jié)構(gòu)物的差異沉降來防治橋頭跳車的。本文在現(xiàn)有的搭板設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出將搭板與臺背路堤的路基路面結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合一體化的方法,嘗試新的搭板設(shè)計(jì)形式。在對現(xiàn)有的橋頭跳車處治方法特別是橋頭搭板的設(shè)計(jì)的總結(jié)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過運(yùn)用ANSYS有限元軟件,對搭板與路基路面結(jié)構(gòu)組合一體化進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)模擬,對結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析后,從變形、應(yīng)力應(yīng)變等方面驗(yàn)證了此種搭板形式的可行性,以及這種搭板形式在緩解橋頭跳車現(xiàn)象中的作用。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly mature domestic traffic infrastructure, bridge and culvert structure plays a more and more important role, especially in the expressway. With the emergence of bridge and culvert structure, an inevitable problem will follow. Bridge-head jump is a phenomenon that the bridge deck and the top surface of the abutment back embankment are mislocated or irregularity in a certain range between the two ends of the bridge and culvert, and will jump when the driving vehicle passes through the misalignment at a certain speed. Experts and scholars at home and abroad have carried out extensive research and exploration for the prevention and treatment of bridge-head jumping disease. The basic way to deal with the jump of bridge head is to reduce or even avoid the differential settlement between abutment and abutment embankment, and to solve the differential settlement generally from three aspects of natural soil foundation, subgrade and pavement. As an effective and economical method, the bridge head slab has been widely used. The bridge head slab is used to prevent the bridge head from jumping by the differential settlement of the two structures. Based on the existing slab design, this paper puts forward the method of integrating the subgrade and pavement structure of overlay and abutment embankment to try a new design form of slabs. On the basis of summing up and studying the existing bridge head jumping treatment methods, especially the design of bridge head slab, by using ANSYS finite element software, computer simulation is carried out on the combination of lap slab and subgrade pavement structure, and the results are analyzed. The feasibility of this kind of slab form is verified from the aspects of deformation, stress and strain, and the role of this kind of slab form in alleviating the phenomenon of bridge-head jumping is proved.
