【摘要】：隨著公路隧道數(shù)量的不斷增加,隧道運(yùn)營安全問題也越來越受到人們關(guān)注。公路隧道的運(yùn)營環(huán)境較為封閉,有著不同于一般公路的運(yùn)營特點(diǎn),由于隧道內(nèi)的救援逃生都面臨著諸多困難,隧道內(nèi)的事故往往會(huì)造成較大的人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。因此,本文對(duì)單洞雙向交通形式的等級(jí)公路特長隧道運(yùn)營安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了研究,旨在為等級(jí)公路特長隧道運(yùn)營安全研究提供一定的理論基礎(chǔ),為其他類型公路隧道運(yùn)營安全評(píng)價(jià)提供參考。本文的研究內(nèi)容和研究成果主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面：(1)利用德爾菲法獲取的指標(biāo)專家期望值對(duì)指標(biāo)初選集進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,建立了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)優(yōu)選集。(2)通過隧道運(yùn)營環(huán)境特點(diǎn)和區(qū)段特性分析,提出隧道分段評(píng)價(jià)思想,并結(jié)合指標(biāo)優(yōu)選集,分別建立了等級(jí)公路特長隧道運(yùn)營安全洞口段和隧道中段評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。(3)將乘積標(biāo)度法和熵權(quán)法進(jìn)行結(jié)合,建立了主客觀相結(jié)合的綜合權(quán)重求解方法,并且參考專家期望值確定了指標(biāo)的主觀權(quán)重。(4)根據(jù)國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有規(guī)范和國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者的研究成果,建立了指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使得指標(biāo)狀態(tài)更加易于鑒別。(5)依據(jù)確立的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系、指標(biāo)權(quán)重方法,結(jié)合可拓理論,建立了等級(jí)公路特長隧道運(yùn)營安全多級(jí)可拓綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,并通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了評(píng)價(jià)模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of highway tunnels, people pay more and more attention to the safety of tunnel operation. The operating environment of the highway tunnel is relatively closed, which is different from the operation characteristics of the general highway. Because the rescue and escape in the tunnel are all faced with many difficulties, accidents in the tunnel often cause a large number of casualties and property losses. Therefore, this paper studies the evaluation index system and evaluation method of the operation safety of super long tunnel in the form of single hole and two-way traffic, in order to provide a certain theoretical basis for the study of operation safety of super long tunnel on grade highway. To provide reference for other types of highway tunnel operation safety evaluation. The research contents and results of this paper mainly include the following aspects: 1) using the expected value of the index experts obtained by Delphi method to optimize the index primary selection set. By analyzing the characteristics of tunnel operation environment and section characteristics, the paper puts forward the idea of tunnel segmental evaluation, and combines with the optimal selection set of indicators. The evaluation index system of safety hole section and middle section of tunnel is established, which combines the product scale method with entropy weight method, and sets up a comprehensive weight solution method combining subjective and objective. And the subjective weight of the index is determined by referring to the expected value of experts. (4) according to the existing domestic norms and the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad, the evaluation criteria of indicators are established, which makes it easier to identify the status of indicators. Based on the index weight method and extension theory, a multi-stage extension comprehensive evaluation model for the safety of super long tunnels on highway is established, and the effectiveness of the evaluation model is verified by an example.
