焊接管節(jié)點(diǎn)疲勞研究綜述

【摘要】:為加深對(duì)焊接管節(jié)點(diǎn)疲勞問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí),對(duì)焊接管節(jié)點(diǎn)名義應(yīng)力法、熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力法、切口應(yīng)力法和斷裂力學(xué)法4種常用疲勞評(píng)估方法應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行介紹,從疲勞效應(yīng)(熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力集中系數(shù))和抗力(熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力幅S-N曲線)2個(gè)方面對(duì)首推的熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力法研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié),探討了管節(jié)點(diǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)形式的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明:焊接管節(jié)點(diǎn)常用四大疲勞評(píng)估方法中名義應(yīng)力法應(yīng)用最廣,但過(guò)于保守,熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力法最被推崇,但仍有待進(jìn)一步完善,切口應(yīng)力法實(shí)施難度大,尚未在規(guī)范中使用,斷裂力學(xué)法則適用于剩余疲勞壽命評(píng)估;對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的圓形和矩形鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn),已形成了較為系統(tǒng)的熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力評(píng)估方法,對(duì)熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)最大值可能發(fā)生位置、外推區(qū)域、熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)計(jì)算公式、壁厚效應(yīng)修正系數(shù)等方面進(jìn)行了明確的規(guī)定;在傳統(tǒng)的圓鋼管和矩形鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,創(chuàng)新節(jié)點(diǎn)形式,提出了鋼管混凝土節(jié)點(diǎn)、PBL加勁型鋼管混凝土節(jié)點(diǎn)、圓管-方管節(jié)點(diǎn)和鳥(niǎo)嘴式節(jié)點(diǎn),對(duì)比傳統(tǒng)鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn),鋼管混凝土節(jié)點(diǎn)熱點(diǎn)應(yīng)力集中系數(shù)降幅在25%以上,PBL加勁型矩形鋼管混凝土節(jié)點(diǎn)降幅在50%以上,圓管-方管節(jié)點(diǎn)和鳥(niǎo)嘴式節(jié)點(diǎn)降幅則介于圓形鋼管和矩形鋼管節(jié)點(diǎn)之間。
[Abstract]:In order to deepen the understanding of fatigue problems of welded pipe joints, the application status and existing problems of four common fatigue evaluation methods, nominal stress method, hot spot stress method, notch stress method and fracture mechanics method, are introduced. The current research status of hot spot stress method is summarized from two aspects: fatigue effect (hot stress concentration factor) and resistance (hot spot stress amplitude S-N curve), and the development trend of tubular joint structure is discussed. The results show that the nominal stress method is the most widely used in the four fatigue assessment methods for welded pipe joints, but it is too conservative, the hot stress method is the most respected, but it still needs to be further improved. The notch stress method is difficult to implement and has not yet been used in the specification. The fracture mechanics law is suitable for residual fatigue life evaluation, for traditional circular and rectangular steel pipe joints, a more systematic hot spot stress assessment method has been developed, and the location of the maximum stress concentration factor of hot spots may occur and extrapolate region. The calculation formula of hot spot stress concentration factor, the correction coefficient of wall thickness effect and so on are clearly stipulated, and on the basis of traditional circular steel pipe and rectangular steel pipe joint, the form of joint is innovated. In this paper, PBL reinforced concrete filled steel tube (CFST) joints, circular tube-square tubular joints and bird-beaded joints are proposed, which are compared with traditional steel tubular joints. The decrease of stress concentration factor of concrete-filled steel tubular joints is more than 25% and that of PBL reinforced concrete filled rectangular steel tube joints is more than 50%, while that of circular tube-square pipe joints and bird beak joints is between circular steel pipe joints and rectangular steel tube joints.
