【摘要】：火災(zāi)高溫會(huì)使盾構(gòu)隧道管片襯砌的力學(xué)性能產(chǎn)生劣化,其受力變形也較常態(tài)下更為復(fù)雜�？紤]到火災(zāi)下襯砌截面溫度場(chǎng)的真實(shí)分布情況以及管片材料高溫下力學(xué)性能的非線性,建立了高溫下圓形襯砌變形的理論計(jì)算模型;針對(duì)盾構(gòu)隧道管片襯砌,基于自由變形理論,得到了其高溫下變形的解析解;根據(jù)具體算例得到了發(fā)生火災(zāi)時(shí)管片變形規(guī)律,為管片火災(zāi)下的防火設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論依據(jù),并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范相對(duì)比,對(duì)災(zāi)后隧道內(nèi)人員財(cái)產(chǎn)救援進(jìn)行的時(shí)機(jī)給出了建議。
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties of shield tunnel segment lining will be degraded by the high temperature of fire, and the mechanical deformation of shield tunnel segment lining will be more complicated than that under normal condition.Considering the real distribution of temperature field of lining section under fire and the nonlinearity of mechanical properties of segment material at high temperature, the theoretical calculation model of circular lining deformation under high temperature is established.Based on the free deformation theory, the analytical solution of the deformation at high temperature is obtained, and the deformation law of the segment in the fire is obtained according to the concrete example, which provides a theoretical basis for the fire prevention design under the fire of the segment.By comparing the calculation results with the design specifications, some suggestions are given on the timing of the rescue of the people's property in the tunnel after the disaster.
