【摘要】：文章以青海G214國(guó)道為工程實(shí)例,綜合考慮多年凍土區(qū)的氣候條件和施工現(xiàn)狀,分析不同摻量的WB-1型溫拌劑對(duì)橡膠瀝青結(jié)合料性能的影響,并確定最佳摻量;通過施工和易性、水穩(wěn)定性和低溫抗裂性等試驗(yàn),對(duì)多年凍土區(qū)溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料的路用性能進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:濕法橡膠瀝青在多年凍土區(qū)具有較好的存儲(chǔ)穩(wěn)定性,多年凍土區(qū)溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料的最佳油石質(zhì)量比為5.8%,WB-1型溫拌劑的最佳摻量為0.7%;溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料的拌和溫度比熱拌橡膠瀝青降低了20~30℃,推薦溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料的拌和溫度為160℃;在相同拌和溫度條件下,多年凍土區(qū)溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料的施工和易性要優(yōu)于熱拌橡膠瀝青混合料的施工和易性;溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料的浸水馬歇爾穩(wěn)定度、凍融劈裂強(qiáng)度比及最大彎拉應(yīng)變與熱拌混合料相比分別下降了2.5%、2.6%、9.8%,但依然符合規(guī)范要求;摻加WB-1型溫拌劑的AR AC-13C溫拌橡膠瀝青混合料可適應(yīng)多年凍土區(qū)的施工條件,在多年凍土地區(qū)具有較好的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Taking Qinghai G214 National Highway as an engineering example, considering the climatic conditions and construction status of permafrost region, this paper analyzes the influence of different WB-1 type warm mixing agent on the properties of rubber asphalt binder, and determines the optimum blending quantity.The road performance of warm rubber asphalt mixture in permafrost region was studied by experiments of water stability and low temperature crack resistance.The results show that wet rubber asphalt has good storage stability in permafrost region.It is recommended that the mixing temperature of warm rubber asphalt mixture is 160 鈩，
