【摘要】:當(dāng)高速公路有交通事故發(fā)生時(shí),怎樣進(jìn)行科學(xué)高效的決策,對(duì)事故路段的車輛進(jìn)行有序的疏導(dǎo),最大限度的降低車輛的延誤,已成為高速公路運(yùn)營管理部門亟需解決的關(guān)鍵問題,F(xiàn)有的交通疏導(dǎo)方式主要是通過可變情報(bào)板、交通廣播等信息發(fā)布設(shè)施向車輛發(fā)布誘導(dǎo)信息,或是路政交警等人員對(duì)事故現(xiàn)場的車輛進(jìn)行疏導(dǎo),但是這些方法無論是從覆蓋率或效率等方面來說,都有一定的局限性。論文針對(duì)現(xiàn)有的高速公路事故路段交通疏導(dǎo)方法的不足,在現(xiàn)有的智能手機(jī)及3G/4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)的迅速發(fā)展與廣泛普及的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合事故信息、路段基本信息、路網(wǎng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)信息、歷史交通流數(shù)據(jù)信息以及實(shí)時(shí)的交通流信息及通行能力等,提出一種新型的基于點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)導(dǎo)航的高速公路事故路段交通疏導(dǎo)方法。基于點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)導(dǎo)航的高速公路事故路段交通疏導(dǎo)方法以手機(jī)APP/車載GPS導(dǎo)航為載體,將針對(duì)事故的交通疏導(dǎo)策略點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)的發(fā)布給事故路段的車輛,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)車輛點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)的指揮。論文分析了不同類型車輛的轉(zhuǎn)彎半徑、排隊(duì)長度、車型比例、實(shí)時(shí)通行能力及實(shí)時(shí)交通流量對(duì)疏導(dǎo)策略的影響,應(yīng)急調(diào)度指揮中心針對(duì)不同的事故信息,生成相應(yīng)的的疏導(dǎo)策略,發(fā)布給受事故影響的車輛。基于點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)導(dǎo)航的高速公路事故路段交通疏導(dǎo)方法以車輛的延誤時(shí)間最小為原則,同時(shí)考慮了駕駛員的心理因素,做到兼顧公平性,分析了事故造成道路阻斷情況下車輛的疏導(dǎo)模型,并制定不同模型下的疏導(dǎo)策略,最終進(jìn)行比選,選出最優(yōu)的交通疏導(dǎo)策略。論文的特色是智能化的疏導(dǎo)方法替代現(xiàn)有的疏導(dǎo)方法;邳c(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)導(dǎo)航的交通疏導(dǎo)方案由計(jì)算機(jī)確定,綜合考慮各種因素,做出最優(yōu)的交通疏導(dǎo)策略,模塊化有序的疏導(dǎo)車輛,減少車輛之間無序狀態(tài)下的沖突,降低時(shí)間延誤,更加智能化,且策略的生成由計(jì)算機(jī)后臺(tái)運(yùn)行完成,更加高效;對(duì)于車輛運(yùn)行時(shí)間的計(jì)算或交通警戒設(shè)備的計(jì)算更加精細(xì),準(zhǔn)確性高。
[Abstract]:When there are traffic accidents on the freeway, how to make scientific and efficient decision, how to arrange the vehicles in the accident section in order to minimize the delay of the vehicles, It has become a key problem that the highway operation management department urgently needs to solve. The existing traffic dredging methods mainly through the variable information board, traffic broadcasting and other information distribution facilities to vehicles to release guidance information, Or road traffic police and other personnel to carry out the vehicles at the scene of the accident, but these methods are no matter in terms of coverage or efficiency. The thesis aims at the deficiency of the existing methods of freeway traffic diversion, based on the rapid development and popularization of the existing smart phone and 3G/4G network, combines the accident information, the road section basic information, Network topology information, historical traffic flow data information, real-time traffic flow information and traffic capacity, etc. In this paper, a new method of freeway traffic diversion based on point-to-point navigation is proposed. The method based on point-to-point navigation is based on mobile phone APP/ vehicle-borne GPS navigation. The point-to-point traffic diversion strategy for the accident is issued to the vehicle in the accident section, and the vehicle point-to-point command is realized. The turning radius, queue length and vehicle model ratio of different types of vehicles are analyzed in this paper. The influence of real time traffic capacity and real time traffic flow on the dredging strategy. The emergency dispatch command center generates the corresponding dredging strategy according to different accident information. Based on point-to-point navigation, the traffic diversion method of highway accident sections is based on the principle of minimum delay time of vehicles, and the psychological factors of drivers are taken into account, so that fairness can be taken into account. This paper analyzes the vehicle grooming model under the condition of road blocking caused by accident, and formulates the grooming strategy under different models, and finally makes comparison and selection. The characteristic of this paper is that the intelligent grooming method replaces the existing grooming method. The traffic grooming scheme based on point-to-point navigation is determined by the computer and all kinds of factors are considered synthetically. Making the optimal traffic diversion strategy, modularizing orderly grooming vehicle, reducing the conflict under the disorder state between the vehicles, reducing the time delay, more intelligent, and the generation of the strategy is completed by the computer backstage operation, more efficient; The calculation of vehicle running time or traffic warning equipment is more precise and accurate.
