【摘要】:本論文依托貴州省科學技術基金項目《公路隧道結構破損修復加固研究》,闡述了當前我國在公路隧道結構破損修復加固方面的理論研究以及實踐現(xiàn)狀,公路隧道結構破損的特征、分類、檢查方法,公路隧道結構破損的原因分析(外力、材質劣化、設計缺陷等),常見的公路隧道結構破損修復加固方法(注漿加固、防護網(wǎng)、噴射混凝土、錨桿加固、排水止水、套拱、增設仰拱、更換襯砌)等。本論文采用荷載結構法,應用有限元軟件進行數(shù)值模擬分析;诤奢d結構計算模式,隧道襯砌結構破損模型主要有三種:襯砌厚度不足、襯砌背后脫空、材質劣化。本文僅針對公路隧道二次襯砌結構材質全局劣化這一結構模型進行模擬分析,對Ⅳ級、Ⅴ級圍巖地質條件下深埋隧道二次襯砌,分別按其材質劣化0%(即無劣化)、20%、40%、60%、80%五種情況計算其內(nèi)力,并結合相關規(guī)范進行安全性分析。
[Abstract]:Based on Guizhou Provincial Science and Technology Foundation project "Research on the repair and reinforcement of Highway Tunnel structure", this paper expounds the current theoretical research and practical situation of highway tunnel structure damage repair and reinforcement in China. The characteristics, classification, inspection methods of highway tunnel structure damage, the cause analysis of highway tunnel structure damage (external force, material deterioration, design defect, etc.), common road tunnel structure damage repair and reinforcement method (grouting reinforcement, protective net, etc.). Shotcrete, Anchor reinforcement, drainage sealing, Arch jacking, adding inverted Arch, replacing lining, etc. In this paper, the method of load structure and finite element software are used for numerical simulation and analysis.
