基于多源視覺的集料動態(tài)圖像采集系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:為解決當前瀝青混合料生產(chǎn)中集料級配檢測過程滯后、工序復雜、不能實時監(jiān)控的問題,本文應(yīng)用多源視覺技術(shù),從瀝青混合料原材料的選取環(huán)節(jié)進行集料動態(tài)圖像采集研究,確立了大功率LED光源結(jié)合面陣相機的多源視覺動態(tài)圖像采集系統(tǒng)方案,并給出了系統(tǒng)軟、硬件的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)方法。本文通過分析研究生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的拌合樓設(shè)備,確定了在集料下落環(huán)節(jié)架設(shè)圖像采集系統(tǒng),抽樣采集離散狀態(tài)的集料圖像樣本;設(shè)計了在線、自動控制的電動分料抽樣采集裝置及基于PLC的多軸運動控制系統(tǒng);采用433M頻段無線數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)模塊和宏觀監(jiān)控裝置,實現(xiàn)了控制室與生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場多個料倉的無線組網(wǎng),保證抽樣樣本量及顆粒下落運動狀態(tài)的遠程無線、精確控制;提出了多個千兆以太網(wǎng)面陣相機并行采集的多源視覺方案,實現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場多料倉集料圖像的同步實時采集;選擇自適應(yīng)千兆以太網(wǎng)交換機配合光纖收發(fā)器,采用單模光纖傳輸圖像數(shù)據(jù),解決了多相機實時并行傳輸、傳輸數(shù)據(jù)量大、傳輸距離遠的問題。為保證圖像采集質(zhì)量,設(shè)計了大功率LED光源結(jié)合黑色不透光屏蔽罩的補充光源方案,保證了系統(tǒng)的全天候恒定成像;傾斜黑色漫反射背景板和擋料板的設(shè)計,有效的降低了動態(tài)采集圖像中所呈現(xiàn)的陰影。在LabVIEW環(huán)境下設(shè)計的集料實時檢測軟件能夠滿足礦質(zhì)混合料生產(chǎn)過程中對集料級配實時監(jiān)控的需求,軟件界面友好。通過室內(nèi)模擬和生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場試驗對比與驗證,對集料動態(tài)圖像采集過程中出現(xiàn)的問題提出了有效的改進措施,證明本系統(tǒng)能滿足集料級配實時檢測與控制的要求,檢測結(jié)果具有科學性、客觀性、準確性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the process of aggregate gradation detection in the production of asphalt mixture is lagging behind, the process is complex and can not be monitored in real time, this paper applies multi-source vision technology to study the dynamic image collection of aggregate from the selection of raw materials of asphalt mixture. A multi-source dynamic image acquisition system with high power LED light source combined with area array camera is established, and the design and implementation of the system's hardware and software are given. The image acquisition system is set up in the falling link of aggregate, the discrete state of aggregate image sample is sampled, the on-line and automatic control device of electric sampling is designed, and the multi-axis motion control system based on PLC is designed. Wireless data transceiver module of 433m band and macro monitoring device are used to realize wireless network between control room and production site, to ensure remote wireless control of sample size and movement state of particle falling. This paper presents a multi-source vision scheme for parallel acquisition of multi-gigabit Ethernet array cameras, realizes synchronous real-time acquisition of multi-bin aggregate images in production site, selects adaptive gigabit Ethernet switch with optical fiber transceiver, Single mode optical fiber is used to transmit image data, which solves the problem of multi-camera real-time parallel transmission, large amount of data transmission and long transmission distance. In order to ensure the quality of image acquisition, The scheme of high power LED light source combined with black opaque shield is designed to ensure the constant imaging of the system, and the design of the inclined black diffuse reflection background board and the blocking plate. The real-time detection software designed in LabVIEW environment can meet the needs of real-time monitoring of aggregate gradation in the production process of mineral mixture. The software interface is friendly. Through the comparison and verification of indoor simulation and production field test, the effective improvement measures are put forward to the problems in the process of collecting dynamic image of aggregate. It is proved that the system can meet the requirements of real-time detection and control of aggregate gradation. The results are scientific, objective and accurate.
