滬杭高鐵橫潦涇大橋快速施工管理實踐研究

【摘要】:高速鐵路建設在全國已經(jīng)全面鋪開,中國已經(jīng)成為世界上高速鐵路運營里程最多的國家。橋梁工程在高速鐵路建設中占較大比重。滬杭高鐵橫潦涇大橋是一座全線控制性橋梁。該橋有深水基礎施工、超長鉆孔樁施工、連續(xù)梁施工等,都是很費時間的分部工程,但是橋梁主體工程只有正常工期一半時間,如何在工期異常緊張情況下,保證質(zhì)量和安全完成該工程項目,是本文的研究重點。本文首先從投標和實施兩個階段分別對橫潦涇大橋的技術方案、施工組織安排作了詳細的介紹,按照投標技術方案編排施工進度,工期需要26個月,而建設單位只批準橋梁主體工程總工期為13個月。顯然,要想用一半的工期去完成橫潦涇大橋的深水樁基礎、承臺、墩身及連續(xù)梁施工,投標階段的常規(guī)施工方案和管理措施已經(jīng)不再適用,需要另辟蹊徑、打破常規(guī)。在現(xiàn)場實施階段,施工單位通過一系列全新的施工組織設計方案、非常規(guī)的管理措施,如變高空為地面施工、變水上為岸上施工、變流水施工為平行和搭接施工、變平面施工為立體施工、變現(xiàn)場作業(yè)為工廠預制,最終如期完成橫潦涇大橋工程。其次,對橫潦涇大橋的投標方案和實施方案從臨時工程材料投入、機械設備的投入、總體施工進度三個方面進行了對比分析,分析結(jié)果表明既定工期確定后,組織現(xiàn)場施工,決定總費用高低的不僅僅是主體設計工程量,更多的體現(xiàn)在施工措施的投入,實施性方案比投標方案多投入兩倍以上鋼結(jié)構措施材料,但總工期減半滿足了既定工期要求,經(jīng)數(shù)年運營的檢驗,沒有任何質(zhì)量問題,工程質(zhì)量優(yōu)良。最后,從創(chuàng)新技術方案、投入足量資源、優(yōu)秀施工團隊、激勵機制等各項保障措施方面介紹了橫潦涇大橋的施工管理經(jīng)驗,為后續(xù)同類橋梁施工提供了借鑒。本文從施工進度控制理論著手,通過對具體工程項目的深入,最終總結(jié)出橋梁工程快速施工在方案和實施方面應關注的關鍵問題,力圖在高速鐵路橋梁工程快速施工方面做出有益的研究、探索與建議。
[Abstract]:High speed railway construction has been in full swing in the country, Chinese has become the world's most high-speed railway operating mileage of the country. The bridge engineering in high-speed railway construction accounted for a larger proportion. The Shanghai Hangzhou high Tieheng Liao Jing River Bridge is a bridge across the board of control. The bridge deep water foundation construction, bored pile construction, the construction of the continuous beam. Is the division of engineering will take time, but the main bridge project normal construction period only half of the time, how in the duration of abnormal tension, ensure the quality and safety of the completion of the project, is the focus of this paper. Firstly, the two stages of the implementation of bidding and technical scheme of respectively from Hengliaojing bridge, construction organization in detail, in accordance with the construction schedule bid scheme arrangement, construction period 26 months, and only the main bridge construction units approved the total project duration is 13 months. Secondly, the bidding scheme of Hengliaojing bridge and implementation plan from the temporary investment of engineering materials machinery, equipment investment, three aspects of the overall construction schedule were analyzed. The analysis results show that the established time limit is determined, organization construction site, determine the total fee level is not only The main design project, more reflected in the construction investment, the implementation of the program than the bidding scheme put more than two times the steel structure material measures, but the total duration of half to meet the established schedule requirements, after testing several years of operation, there is no quality problem, excellent engineering quality. Finally, from the innovative technology solutions, investment adequate resources, excellent construction team, the construction management experience of Hengliaojing bridge the incentive mechanism of safeguard measures, provide a reference for the similar bridge construction. Following this article from the construction schedule control theory, through the specific project deeply, finally summarizes the rapid construction of key problems should be concerned in plan and implementation the bridge project, trying to make rapid construction of useful research in high speed railway bridge engineering, exploration and suggestions.
