【摘要】：出行成本作為交通管理者調(diào)整居民出行結(jié)構(gòu)的一項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)杠桿,在交通需求管理中發(fā)揮重要作用。從系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的思維角度和理論出發(fā),在界定影響居民出行成本的10項(xiàng)影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)改進(jìn)的解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型得到影響因素之間的主次關(guān)系與層級(jí)關(guān)系。結(jié)合改進(jìn)的解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型的分析結(jié)果,將影響居民出行成本的因素分為可量化的硬性因素與心理感知的軟性因素,加深了對(duì)于居民出行成本影響因素之間關(guān)系的理解。最后根據(jù)因素間的遞階關(guān)系有向圖,給出了調(diào)整居民出行成本,優(yōu)化交通結(jié)構(gòu)的建議。
[Abstract]:Travel cost, as an economic lever for traffic managers to adjust residents' travel structure, plays an important role in traffic demand management. On the basis of defining 10 factors that affect the travel cost of residents, the relationship between primary and secondary factors and hierarchy is obtained by using the improved explanatory structure model, and the results of the improved explanatory structure model are combined with the analysis results of the improved explanatory structure model. The factors that affect the travel cost of residents are divided into quantifiable hard factors and soft factors of psychological perception, which deepen the understanding of the relationship between the factors of residents' travel costs. Finally, according to the hierarchical relationship between the factors of directed graph, The suggestions of adjusting the travel cost of residents and optimizing the traffic structure are given.
