【摘要】:目前,橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工的主要方法有支架現(xiàn)澆法、預(yù)制安裝法和移動(dòng)模架逐孔施工法。移動(dòng)模架法施工屬于較新穎的施工工藝,與其它施工方法相互比較,具有占地面積小、無(wú)需基礎(chǔ)處理和對(duì)橋下凈空要求低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),該施工法屬于支架法施工的一種。該方法所采用的設(shè)備稱為移動(dòng)模架造橋機(jī),它是一種自帶模板,利用承臺(tái)或墩柱作為支承,對(duì)橋梁進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)澆筑的施工機(jī)械,已廣泛地被采用在公路橋、鐵路橋的連續(xù)梁施工中,是較為先進(jìn)的施工方法。移動(dòng)模架造橋機(jī)目前來(lái)看是一種較為先進(jìn)的造橋施工設(shè)備,它對(duì)建造混凝土箱梁有許多優(yōu)點(diǎn),如機(jī)械化程度高、施工速度快、適用范圍廣、施工質(zhì)量高等,在國(guó)內(nèi)外已被廣泛使用,而國(guó)內(nèi)造橋機(jī)的研究相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)比較晚一些。本文結(jié)合作者參與的廣東鳧洲大橋工程為背景,針對(duì)施工中用到的上行式移動(dòng)模架造橋機(jī)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和施工工藝研究。文中首先介紹了移動(dòng)模架造橋機(jī)的主要類型,對(duì)各自進(jìn)行了比較,結(jié)合施工實(shí)際情況要求和相關(guān)參數(shù),進(jìn)行了整體方案設(shè)計(jì);其次闡述了該造橋機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作原理,對(duì)其工況和荷載進(jìn)行了分析;根據(jù)移動(dòng)模架造橋機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和施工原理,利用有限元計(jì)算軟件ANSYS進(jìn)行了分析計(jì)算,重點(diǎn)對(duì)主要構(gòu)件建立了三維有限元模型,分析了該造橋機(jī)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)件在不同工況下的應(yīng)力變形,為造橋機(jī)的整體設(shè)計(jì)和制造提供了相關(guān)依據(jù);最后介紹了移動(dòng)模架造橋機(jī)的施工技術(shù)及施工線性控制技術(shù)的運(yùn)用。論文重點(diǎn)講述造橋機(jī)的整體設(shè)計(jì)和制造安裝,并隊(duì)整機(jī)施工前進(jìn)行了靜載試驗(yàn)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了造橋機(jī)的剛度和強(qiáng)度指標(biāo),特別是對(duì)施工工藝和各種工況進(jìn)行了分析,所設(shè)計(jì)的移動(dòng)模架造橋機(jī)己投入實(shí)際施工,并且在施工中運(yùn)用良好。論文的研究對(duì)同類型造橋機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)制造具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,也對(duì)該類型的橋梁施工工藝有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the main methods of bridge superstructure construction are support cast-in-place method, precast installation method and moving mould frame construction method. The moving mould frame construction is a relatively new construction technology, and compared with other construction methods, it has a small area. The construction method is a kind of support construction method. The equipment used in this method is called mobile mould frame bridge-making machine. It is a kind of own formwork, which uses the cap or pier column as the support. The construction machinery for in-situ pouring of bridges has been widely used in the continuous beam construction of highway bridges and railway bridges, which is a more advanced construction method. It has many advantages on the construction of concrete box girder, such as high degree of mechanization, high speed of construction, wide range of application, high quality of construction, etc., and has been widely used at home and abroad. However, the study of bridge builders in China is relatively late. In this paper, the author participated in the project of Guangdong Fuzhou Bridge as the background. This paper studies the structure design and construction technology of the uplink moving mould frame bridge machine used in construction. First of all, this paper introduces the main types of the mobile mould frame bridge construction machine, compares them with each other, and combines with the actual construction requirements and relevant parameters. The whole scheme is designed. Secondly, the structure, working principle, working condition and load of the bridge construction machine are expounded. According to the structure and construction principle of the mobile mould frame bridge maker, the structure and construction principle of the bridge construction machine are discussed. The finite element calculation software ANSYS is used to analyze and calculate, the 3D finite element model of the main components is established, and the stress and deformation of the main structural parts of the bridge construction machine under different working conditions are analyzed. This paper provides the relevant basis for the overall design and manufacture of the bridge building machine, and finally introduces the construction technology and the application of the construction linear control technology of the mobile mould frame bridge-making machine. The paper focuses on the overall design and manufacturing installation of the bridge building machine. The static load test was carried out before the construction of the whole machine, and the stiffness and strength indexes of the bridge builder were verified. In particular, the construction technology and various working conditions were analyzed, and the designed mobile mould frame bridge-making machine was put into actual construction. The research of this paper has certain guiding significance to the design and manufacture of the same type bridge construction machine, and also has certain reference significance to the bridge construction technology of the same type.
