內(nèi)置碳纖維發(fā)熱電纜的橋面融冰化雪技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:低溫環(huán)境下,路面或橋面容易結(jié)冰,影響車輛通行能力和交通安全。目前道路除冰雪的方法如撒鹽、人工(或機械)除雪等都能在不同程度上解決該問題。但是這些方法往往都需要耗費大量的人力、物力和財力,且通常具有一定的滯后性。采用發(fā)熱電纜加熱法在能較好的解決這些問題。雖然目前國內(nèi)在這方面已經(jīng)開展了一些研究,但其在工程上的應(yīng)用相對較少,因此有必要進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的研究,使得發(fā)熱電纜加熱法應(yīng)用于道路融冰雪的理論更加完善,從而推動其在道路融冰雪領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。碳纖維發(fā)熱電纜作為一種新型發(fā)熱材料,具有低密度、耐高溫、耐磨擦、耐腐蝕、熱膨脹系數(shù)低,使用壽命長,同時安全、環(huán)保、節(jié)能等優(yōu)點,綜合考慮本文決定采用橋面內(nèi)置碳纖維發(fā)熱電纜的方法來解決依托工程在冬季可能遇到的結(jié)冰問題。針對采用碳纖維發(fā)熱電纜在橋面融冰化雪過程中需要解決的問題,如:碳纖維發(fā)熱電纜的選型、布設(shè)間距、埋設(shè)位置等問題,本文做出了如下研究:(1)介紹發(fā)熱電纜的組成結(jié)構(gòu),分析融冰化雪用發(fā)熱電纜相關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo),并基于施工、發(fā)熱效率等因素的考慮,初步確定發(fā)熱電纜的埋設(shè)位置、布設(shè)形式及發(fā)熱系統(tǒng)的電路連接形式。(2)進(jìn)行室內(nèi)實驗,成型內(nèi)置碳纖維發(fā)熱電纜的橋面板融冰化雪的試件,對系統(tǒng)融冰化雪的可行性、發(fā)熱均勻性及相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行試驗測試,為實踐應(yīng)用提供有力支撐。(3)基于傳熱學(xué)基本理論,采用有限元法研究發(fā)熱體融冰化雪系統(tǒng)溫度場分布及溫升規(guī)律,并分析了系統(tǒng)溫度場與發(fā)熱電纜埋設(shè)位置、布設(shè)間距、發(fā)熱電纜溫度、環(huán)境溫度等的關(guān)系以及各影響因素對表面溫度的影響程度大小。(4)以橋面鋪裝層為兩層瀝青面層和水泥混凝土為例,對在不同鋪裝功率與環(huán)境條件下的橋面表面能達(dá)到實時融冰化雪所需的時間進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,可為碳纖維發(fā)熱電纜用于道路融冰化雪時鋪裝功率、化雪時間等提供參考。
[Abstract]:At low temperatures, roads or bridge decks are prone to ice, affecting vehicle capacity and traffic safety. Current methods of removing ice and snow from roads, such as salt sprinkling, Manual (or mechanical) snow removal can solve the problem to varying degrees. But these methods often cost a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. The heating cable heating method can solve these problems better. Although some researches have been carried out in this field at present, its application in engineering is relatively few. Therefore, it is necessary to further study the application of heating cable to road ice and snow melting theory, so as to promote its application in road ice and snow melting field. Carbon fiber heating cable is a new type of heating material. It has the advantages of low density, high temperature resistance, friction resistance, corrosion resistance, low coefficient of thermal expansion, long service life, safety, environmental protection, energy saving and so on. In this paper, we decide to adopt the method of carbon fiber heating cable built in bridge deck to solve the problem of ice formation in winter, and to solve the problem of using carbon fiber heating cable in the course of ice melting and snow melting on bridge deck. For example, the selection of carbon fiber heating cable, the arrangement distance, the embedding position and so on, this paper makes the following research: 1) introduces the composition structure of the heating cable, analyzes the related technical index of the heating cable for melting ice snow, and based on the construction, Considering the factors such as heating efficiency, the location of the heating cable, the layout of the cable and the circuit connection form of the heating system are preliminarily determined. The indoor experiments are carried out to form the test piece of the ice-melted snow on the bridge deck of the carbon fiber heating cable, which is built into the carbon fiber heating cable. Based on the basic theory of heat transfer, the feasibility, heat uniformity and related influencing factors of the system melting ice snow are tested and tested, which provides a strong support for practical application. In this paper, the temperature field distribution and temperature rise rule of ice melting snow system of heating body are studied by finite element method, and the temperature field of system and the position, spacing and temperature of heating cable are analyzed. The relationship between environmental temperature and other factors and the influence of each factor on surface temperature. (4) taking the bridge deck pavement as a two-layer asphalt surface layer and cement concrete as an example, The time required for the bridge surface to melt snow in real time under different paving power and environment conditions is predicted, which can provide a reference for the pavement power and snow melting time of carbon fiber heating cable used in road ice melting and snow melting.
