基于船舶操縱模擬試驗(yàn)的石浦港航道寬度研究

【摘要】:寧波舟山港石浦港區(qū)所在的象山半島一直以來都是浙江省對(duì)外來往的海上門戶,尤其是南部的石浦灣位置優(yōu)越,此地港闊水深,開發(fā)歷史悠久,但受到航道的制約,當(dāng)?shù)馗劭诩芭R港工業(yè)一直未能得到長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。為適應(yīng)港區(qū)建設(shè),石浦港區(qū)擬建設(shè)萬噸級(jí)以上航道,由于其自然條件復(fù)雜,風(fēng)流變化較大,特別是流的作用為航道設(shè)計(jì)增加了難度,新建航道的設(shè)計(jì)寬度是否滿足設(shè)計(jì)船型安全通航需求,是航海人員特別關(guān)注的問題!逗8劭傮w設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(JTS 165-2013)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"《規(guī)范》")對(duì)于航道寬度給出了計(jì)算方法,航道寬度計(jì)算全部按橫風(fēng)≤7級(jí)進(jìn)行,潮流均按橫流考慮,流速介于0.10m/s~1.00m/s之間取值,按流速對(duì)船舶操縱的影響程度,風(fēng)流壓偏角按3°~14°分別取值。從公式計(jì)算參數(shù)可以看出,影響航道寬度的主要自然條件是風(fēng)和流,由于風(fēng)流對(duì)船舶航行的影響是動(dòng)態(tài)的,在不同的風(fēng)流組合影響條件下,船舶通航所需航道寬度有所不同,尤其是對(duì)于潮流復(fù)雜的通航水域,船舶安全通航所需寬度可能大于計(jì)算寬度。根據(jù)我國《規(guī)范》的要求,航道較長(zhǎng)、自然條件較為復(fù)雜或者船舶定位較困難時(shí),航道寬度可適當(dāng)加寬,但加寬多少?zèng)]有明確說明。因此,對(duì)于現(xiàn)行《規(guī)范》航道寬度計(jì)算取值,不同的專家保持各自不同的觀點(diǎn)。本文采用船舶模擬試驗(yàn)的方法求得石浦港主航道通航寬度。由于當(dāng)?shù)厮驈?fù)雜,實(shí)測(cè)資料不能代表全航道的潮流特點(diǎn),本文根據(jù)MIKE軟件模擬了全航道任意位置的潮流數(shù)據(jù),并依據(jù)此數(shù)據(jù)建立操船模擬流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行環(huán)境模擬仿真,同時(shí)建立船舶運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真數(shù)學(xué)模型。根據(jù)石浦港區(qū)航道環(huán)境,選取1萬噸級(jí)散貨船作為代表船型,采用船舶模擬試驗(yàn)的方法,進(jìn)行多組試驗(yàn),得出船舶在該水域通航的航跡帶寬度,根據(jù)《規(guī)范》給出的船舶與航道底邊間的富裕寬度,求得舟山港石浦港區(qū)復(fù)雜水域主航道的通航寬度。通過驗(yàn)證,MIKE軟件可以較好地模擬出當(dāng)?shù)氐某绷鳝h(huán)境,提高試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,由于風(fēng)流條件比較復(fù)雜,新建航道設(shè)計(jì)寬度按照航速為6kn及其以下進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)不利于船舶航行安全,內(nèi)航道與口門段水域復(fù)雜,建議航道加寬至本次試驗(yàn)寬度。
[Abstract]:Ningbo Zhoushan Port Shipu Port District is located in the Xiangshan Peninsula has always been the sea gateway to and from Zhejiang Province, especially the southern Shipu Bay location, this port wide depth of water, the development of a long history. However, restricted by the waterway, the local port and port industry have not been able to get considerable development. In order to adapt to the construction of port area, Shipu Port area is planning to build more than 10,000 tons of waterway, because of its complex natural conditions, the wind flow changes greatly. Especially, the effect of current increases the difficulty of channel design, and whether the design width of the new waterway meets the safety navigation requirements of the design ship type.
