【摘要】：作為項目管理的一個核心組成部分,工程項目進度管理對項目的成功實施起著關鍵性的作用,是受到項目各方利益主體最為關注的工作之一。大型橋梁工程項目施工進度的影響因素繁多復雜,項目施工進度的控制難度較大,在大型橋梁工程項目建設中嚴格管理和控制項目全過程的施工進度,在確保項目工程質量、安全和效益方面具有極其重要和現(xiàn)實的意義。本文主要研究的是大型橋梁工程項目的進度管理問題,在簡要綜述并評析國內(nèi)外有關項目進度管理的部分理論及研究成果的基礎上,全面論述了進度控制和管理的方法及原理在具體工程項目管理中的運用。以廣西A市LWY大橋項目進度管理研究作為實證分析,立足于廣西A市LWY大橋項目進度管理工作的實際情況,對A市LWY大橋項目進度控制過程進行分析和研究。從A市LWY大橋項目基本情況及管理現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),對A市LWY大橋項目進行工作分解和責任分配,針對項目建設目標、工期要求及資源配置條件等,分析項目的進度計劃執(zhí)行和進度管理工作情況。完善項目進度跟蹤與控制體系,加強項目實際進度與進度計劃的對比分析,分析偏差產(chǎn)生的原因及評估偏差對后續(xù)工期的影響,從而提出項目進度的糾偏措施。并對項目進度計劃進行動態(tài)調(diào)整優(yōu)化,為項目進度管理提供決策服務和支持,提出實施優(yōu)化后的項目進度計劃執(zhí)行的保障措施和進度管理建議。為提升項目進度管理效能,完善進度管理機制,確保項目高效、順暢的運轉,順利按期達成預期目標提供指導和支持,從而實現(xiàn)項目建設效益最大化的目標。
[Abstract]:As a core component of project management, project schedule management plays a key role in the successful implementation of the project. It is one of the most concerned work by the main stakeholders of the project. The influence factors of the construction progress of the large-scale bridge project are numerous and complex, and the control of the project construction progress is difficult. In the large-scale bridge project construction strict management and control of the whole process of construction progress in ensuring the quality of the project. Safety and efficiency are of great importance and practical significance. This paper mainly studies the progress management of large-scale bridge projects. On the basis of briefly summarizing and evaluating some theories and research results of project schedule management at home and abroad. The method and principle of schedule control and management in concrete project management are discussed in this paper. The project schedule management research of LWY Bridge in A City of Guangxi is taken as an empirical analysis. Based on the actual situation of project schedule management of LWY Bridge in A City of Guangxi. This paper analyzes and studies the progress control process of LWY bridge project in A city. Based on the basic situation and management status of LWY bridge project in A city, the work decomposition and responsibility distribution of LWY bridge project in A city are carried out. According to the project construction objectives, duration requirements and resource allocation conditions, analyze the progress plan implementation and schedule management work, and improve the project progress tracking and control system. Strengthen the comparative analysis of the actual progress and schedule of the project, analyze the causes of the deviation and evaluate the impact of the deviation on the subsequent construction period. In order to provide decision service and support for project schedule management, the paper puts forward the corrective measures of project schedule, and optimizes the dynamic adjustment of project schedule plan. Put forward the implementation of the optimized project schedule implementation of the safeguards and schedule management recommendations. In order to improve the efficiency of project schedule management, improve the progress management mechanism to ensure the project efficient and smooth operation. Provide guidance and support to achieve the expected target on schedule, thus realize the goal of maximizing the benefit of project construction.
