基于EDEM方法的穩(wěn)定土攪拌器攪拌過程模擬

【摘要】:攪拌器對穩(wěn)定土的拌合是影響穩(wěn)定土產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié),分析穩(wěn)定土的攪拌過程既有利于穩(wěn)定土攪拌理論的研究,也方便評價攪拌器攪拌性能的優(yōu)劣;诜(wěn)定土具有散體介質(zhì)的性質(zhì),本文采用EDEM離散元分析軟件來模擬穩(wěn)定土的攪拌過程,具體包:利用經(jīng)驗公式來確定各設計參數(shù)之間的關系,以攪拌器表面積最小為目標函數(shù)優(yōu)化得到了攪拌器的最佳葉片半徑、長寬比、攪拌軸中心距,建立了生產(chǎn)率為800 t/h的連續(xù)式攪拌器三維模型,并且利用Ansys對攪拌裝置進行了靜力學分析和模態(tài)分析以保證所設計產(chǎn)品的可靠性;基于相似理論的方法設計了適合用EDEM軟件來分析的模型。根據(jù)穩(wěn)定土的物理性質(zhì)和級配組成設置了詳細的材料參數(shù)與質(zhì)量分數(shù),在模擬初期采用Hertz-Minlin接觸模型,后期采用Hertz-Minlin with JKR接觸模型,分別模擬了間歇式和連續(xù)式攪拌器的攪拌過程,得到了混合顆粒的速度、質(zhì)量分布特征,提出了多種估計最佳攪拌時間的方法。通過對連續(xù)式攪拌器攪拌過程的模擬,提出了用質(zhì)量分數(shù)來評價混合料均勻性的方法,并且對穩(wěn)定土產(chǎn)品的均勻性進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:Mixing of stabilized soil by mixer is an important link that affects the quality of stabilized soil. The analysis of mixing process of stabilized soil is beneficial to the study of mixing theory of stabilized soil. It is also convenient to evaluate the agitator's agitation performance. Based on the properties of the stabilized soil with granular medium, the EDEM discrete element analysis software is used to simulate the mixing process of the stabilized soil. Specific package: the empirical formula is used to determine the relationship between the design parameters, and the optimum blade radius, aspect ratio and center distance of the agitator are obtained by using the minimum surface area of the stirrer as the objective function. The 3D model of the continuous stirrer with productivity of 800t / h is established, and the statics analysis and modal analysis of the mixer are carried out by Ansys to ensure the reliability of the designed product. Based on the method of similarity theory, a model suitable for analysis by EDEM software is designed. According to the physical properties and gradation composition of stabilized soil, detailed material parameters and mass fraction are set up. Hertz-Minlin contact model was used at the beginning of the simulation and Hertz-Minlin with JKR contact model was used in the later stage. The mixing process of batch agitator and continuous agitator was simulated, and the velocity and mass distribution characteristics of mixed particles were obtained. By simulating the mixing process of continuous agitator, the method of evaluating mixture uniformity by mass fraction is put forward. And the homogeneity of the stabilized soil product is verified.
