【摘要】:隨著城市的快速發(fā)展,城市交通問題(交通安全、交通擁塞、交通環(huán)境污染等)日益突出,究其原因是交通供需不平衡。交通容量是城市交通供給能力的宏觀體現(xiàn),是度量道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)供給能力的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。道路網(wǎng)交通容量(人容量)的確定可以為城市區(qū)域交通規(guī)劃方案的制定提供決策的依據(jù)。本文以基于交通綜合效率的低碳交通示范區(qū)交通容量研究為題,從以人為本的角度出發(fā),研究示范區(qū)多種交通方式協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的道路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃及該道路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃下的道路網(wǎng)交通人容量。首先,本文對(duì)城市交通效率及交通容量相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進(jìn)行研究。在現(xiàn)有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)歸納總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,分析交通效率和交通容量的影響因素,確定主要的因素有:城市路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、土地利用布局和交通結(jié)構(gòu)。然后較為系統(tǒng)地分析和總結(jié)了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外幾種計(jì)算交通容量的算法——線性規(guī)劃模型、割集法、時(shí)空消耗法、供應(yīng)分析法以及狹義道路網(wǎng)交通容量模型。其次,本文對(duì)示范區(qū)交通路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃及交通容量進(jìn)行研究。在路網(wǎng)布局方面,示范區(qū)打破傳統(tǒng)的道路等級(jí)體系,采用多種交通方式共存的道路網(wǎng),設(shè)置多組單向二分路,建立強(qiáng)大的公共交通系統(tǒng)和人性化的慢行交通系統(tǒng)。同時(shí)在已有的時(shí)空消耗法的基礎(chǔ)上,分析機(jī)動(dòng)車和非機(jī)動(dòng)車的交通容量模型,對(duì)模型的系數(shù)作進(jìn)一步分析和修正,建立低碳模式下的人容量模型。最后,本文對(duì)示范區(qū)土地利用及交通供需平衡評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行研究。介紹示范區(qū)土地利用思想、土地混合利用以及區(qū)域TOD的構(gòu)建,分析示范區(qū)交通系統(tǒng)及出行結(jié)構(gòu)的影響因素,提出出行生成預(yù)測(cè)的思想,并建立基于土地利用的居民出行生成預(yù)測(cè)模型,結(jié)合前文介紹的計(jì)算交通供給和交通需求的方法,提出交通容量評(píng)估指標(biāo)和評(píng)估方法,用來對(duì)示范區(qū)基于交通效率的交通容量評(píng)估。根據(jù)低碳模式下的人容量模型和居民出行生成預(yù)測(cè)模型,計(jì)算各類型道路人容量以及不同交通方式出行的需求量,進(jìn)而對(duì)示范區(qū)的道路網(wǎng)交通容量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of cities, urban traffic problems (traffic safety, traffic congestion, traffic environment pollution, etc.) become increasingly prominent. The reason is the imbalance of traffic supply and demand. Traffic capacity is the macro embodiment of urban traffic supply capacity. It is one of the standards to measure the supply capacity of road network. Traffic capacity of Road Network (capacity of people). This paper focuses on the research of traffic capacity of low-carbon traffic demonstration area based on comprehensive efficiency of traffic. From the people-oriented point of view, this paper studies the road network planning of coordinated development of various traffic modes in the demonstration area and the traffic capacity of road network under the planning of the road network. First of all. In this paper, the basic theories of urban traffic efficiency and traffic capacity are studied. Based on the summary of existing literature, the factors affecting traffic efficiency and traffic capacity are analyzed. The main factors are determined as follows: urban road network planning, land use layout and traffic structure. Then, several algorithms for calculating traffic capacity at home and abroad, namely linear programming model and cut set method, are analyzed and summarized systematically. Spatio-temporal consumption method, supply analysis method and narrow road network traffic capacity model. Secondly, this paper studies the traffic network planning and traffic capacity in the demonstration area. The demonstration area breaks down the traditional road grade system, adopts the road network of the coexistence of multiple traffic modes, and sets up many groups of one-way dichotomies. A powerful public transport system and a humanized slow traffic system are established. At the same time, the traffic capacity models of motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are analyzed on the basis of the existing space-time consumption method. The coefficient of the model is further analyzed and revised to establish the human capacity model under the low carbon model. Finally, this paper studies the evaluation of land use and traffic supply and demand balance in demonstration area, and introduces the idea of land use in demonstration area. The construction of mixed land use and regional TOD, analyzing the influence factors of traffic system and travel structure in demonstration area, putting forward the idea of trip generation prediction, and establishing the model of resident trip generation prediction based on land use. Combined with the method of calculating traffic supply and traffic demand, the evaluation index and method of traffic capacity are put forward. It is used to evaluate the traffic capacity based on the traffic efficiency in the demonstration area. According to the human capacity model under the low carbon model and the forecast model of the resident trip generation, the capacity of each type of road and the demand of different traffic modes are calculated. Then the traffic capacity of the road network in the demonstration area is evaluated.
