【摘要】：散料輸送及存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)是鉆井系統(tǒng)的一部分,劃分在泥漿系統(tǒng)中,是配漿流程的開(kāi)始。散料的輸送及存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)分為兩部分:用于調(diào)配泥漿密度的重晶石或膨潤(rùn)土的存儲(chǔ)和輸送;固井時(shí)所用水泥的存儲(chǔ)和輸送。在這部分系統(tǒng)中,應(yīng)用PLC模塊及操作站(觸摸屏)對(duì)散料的輸送和存儲(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)控制。本文即是對(duì)該自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)模式進(jìn)行了介紹,并對(duì)應(yīng)用進(jìn)行說(shuō)明。該自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用在了振華自主建造的自升式鉆井平臺(tái)上,已經(jīng)產(chǎn)生了經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Bulk delivery and storage system is a part of drilling system, divided into mud system, is the beginning of slurry flow. The conveying and storage system of bulk materials is divided into two parts: the barite or bentonite used for mixing mud density and the cement used for cementing. In this system, PLC module and operation station (touch screen) are used to realize the automatic control of bulk material transportation and storage. This paper introduces the design pattern of the automatic control system and explains its application. The automatic control system has been successfully applied to Zhonghua self-built jack-up drilling platform and has produced economic value.
