【摘要】:針對(duì)潛艇自航模實(shí)際加工過(guò)程中系統(tǒng)設(shè)備布置問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)一種用于復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)體重量重心及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量測(cè)量裝置,解決潛艇自航模內(nèi)部構(gòu)件的測(cè)量問(wèn)題;運(yùn)用Isight數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化軟件對(duì)自航模內(nèi)部構(gòu)件的布局進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,為自航模內(nèi)部構(gòu)件的裝配提供較為準(zhǔn)確的布局形式;同時(shí)對(duì)自航模內(nèi)部自調(diào)裝置進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì),消除工裝誤差的影響,使自航模重心位置、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量更加準(zhǔn)確,使自航模操縱性試驗(yàn)?zāi)軌蚋訙?zhǔn)確地反應(yīng)實(shí)艇的操縱性能。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of system equipment arrangement in the actual processing of submarine self-propelled model, a measuring device of gravity center of gravity and moment of inertia of complex structure is designed to solve the measurement problem of internal components of submarine self-propelled model. The Isight data optimization software is used to optimize the layout of the internal components of the model, to provide a more accurate layout form for the assembly of the internal components of the model, and to design the internal self-adjusting device of the self-model. By eliminating the influence of the tool error, the center of gravity and the moment of inertia of the model are more accurate, and the maneuverability test of the model can reflect the maneuverability of the real ship more accurately.
