【摘要】：正2016年9月23日,中船重工七二五所八室與國家海洋局南海分局簽訂船用鈦合金管材供貨協(xié)議,提供的產(chǎn)品將用于永興島、美濟礁、渚碧礁的地震觀測井。這是該所自主開發(fā)400 MPa級鈦合金首次以管材形式實現(xiàn)供貨。本次合同提供的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格大、精度要求高,并且要求管材連接方便、密封性能好。八室研發(fā)人員與設(shè)計單位和施工單位反復(fù)溝通,提供選材、連接方式改進等多種材料技術(shù)方案,并最終用數(shù)據(jù)和綜合細
[Abstract]:On September 23, 2016, China Shipyard heavy Industry signed an agreement with the South China Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration to supply titanium alloy pipes for ships. The products will be used in seismic observation wells in Yongxing Island, Meiji Reef and Zhu Bi Reef. This is the first time that the Institute has developed 400 MPa titanium alloy in the form of pipe. The contract provides large product specifications, high precision requirements, and pipe connection is convenient, good sealing performance.
