【摘要】:在高航速下,流噪聲成為影響潛艇隱蔽性的突出因素。準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估潛艇流噪聲性能,控制流噪聲發(fā)生機(jī)制并展開(kāi)相應(yīng)的流噪聲優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)是未來(lái)潛艇設(shè)計(jì)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一。本文以計(jì)算水動(dòng)聲學(xué)的理論和計(jì)算方法應(yīng)用為研究對(duì)象?紤]了水和空氣的物理特性的巨大差異,將計(jì)算氣動(dòng)聲學(xué)的理論和算法成果運(yùn)用到水動(dòng)聲學(xué)領(lǐng)域。首先,結(jié)合水介質(zhì)狀態(tài)方程,分別在直角坐標(biāo)和曲線坐標(biāo)下推導(dǎo)了適用于水介質(zhì)流噪聲的粘聲分離計(jì)算方法的控制方程和離散格式;然后,通過(guò)水介質(zhì)中旋轉(zhuǎn)雙渦發(fā)聲、圓柱水聲反射和圓柱渦聲相互作用現(xiàn)象的典型算例計(jì)算,驗(yàn)證本文建立的粘聲分離計(jì)算方法和自主編制的聲場(chǎng)計(jì)算程序;最后,以圓柱繞流和空腔流動(dòng)為簡(jiǎn)化的計(jì)算模型,應(yīng)用大渦模擬/粘聲分離的混合計(jì)算方法模擬流噪聲的發(fā)生和傳播過(guò)程,考察了兩種情況下的流噪聲發(fā)聲機(jī)理和傳播特性,并與大渦模擬/聲類比方法進(jìn)行了比較。分析結(jié)果表明,粘聲分離計(jì)算方法用于分析水介質(zhì)流噪聲的產(chǎn)生和傳播機(jī)理是有效的。在考察網(wǎng)格尺寸、時(shí)間步長(zhǎng)、阻尼系數(shù)等因素對(duì)計(jì)算結(jié)果的影響后,本文采用的粘聲分離計(jì)算方法和編制的聲場(chǎng)計(jì)算程序取得了合理可信的計(jì)算結(jié)果。本文針對(duì)水介質(zhì)可壓縮性極弱、密度大、運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度小等物性特點(diǎn)和馬赫數(shù)極低,雷諾數(shù)較高的流動(dòng)特點(diǎn),首次借鑒計(jì)算氣動(dòng)聲學(xué)的方法,利用先進(jìn)數(shù)值計(jì)算技術(shù),建立了適用于水介質(zhì)的流噪聲計(jì)算方法。本文工作為開(kāi)發(fā)水動(dòng)力噪聲估算軟件、進(jìn)行總體優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和水動(dòng)力噪聲研究提供了必要的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:At high speed, the flow noise is a prominent factor affecting the submarines' concealment. It is one of the important links of submarine design to accurately evaluate the performance of submarine noise, control the mechanism of flow noise and optimize the design of the corresponding flow noise. In this paper, the theory and calculation method of hydrodynamic acoustics are applied as the research object. Considering the great difference in the physical characteristics of water and air, the theory and algorithm results of aeroacoustics are applied to the field of hydrodynamic acoustics. First of all, combined with water medium state equation, respectively in Cartesian and curvilinear coordinates are derived for water flow noise calculation method of visco acoustic separation control equation and discrete format; then, through the water medium rotating double vortex sound, typical cylindrical acoustic reflection and cylindrical vortex sound interaction phenomenon is an example this paper established the visco acoustic separation verification calculation method and the establishment of an independent field calculation program; finally, the flow around a circular cylinder and a simplified calculation model for cavity flow, using large eddy simulation / mixed visco acoustic separation calculation method simulation of flow noise generation and propagation process, investigated two cases of flow noise sound mechanism and the propagation characteristics, and with the large eddy simulation / acoustic analogy methods are compared. The analysis results show that the method of viscoelastic separation is effective for the analysis of the generation and propagation mechanism of water medium noise. After studying the influence of mesh size, time step and damping coefficient on the calculation results, the viscoelastic separation calculation method and the sound field calculation program compiled in this paper have obtained reasonable and credible calculation results. According to the water compressibility of the medium is very weak, high density and viscosity small physical characteristics and the Maher number is very low, the flow characteristics of high Reynolds number, the first reference calculation method of aeroacoustics, using advanced numerical technique, calculation method of flow noise is established on the water meter. This work provides the necessary technical basis for the development of the software for the estimation of hydrodynamic noise, the overall optimization design and the study of the hydrodynamic noise.
