基于TPPs-SPPs混合模式的激發(fā)以增強(qiáng)單納米縫異常透射

【摘要】:單納米金屬縫結(jié)構(gòu),由于其結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、易于集成、耦合效率高,常常在基于表面等離子體激元(surface plasmon polaritons,SPPs)的納米結(jié)構(gòu)器件中用于構(gòu)建光源.但是,單納米縫的低透射率一直是該結(jié)構(gòu)向?qū)嶋H應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)化中的問題;實(shí)際上,如何有效地增強(qiáng)其透射率一直是研究的重點(diǎn).本文提出了一種有效增強(qiáng)單納米縫異常透射的方法和結(jié)構(gòu),該結(jié)構(gòu)由分布式布拉格反射鏡(distributed bragg reflector,DBR)和金屬銀薄膜納米縫構(gòu)成.當(dāng)TM偏振光由DBR側(cè)入射至DBR-銀納米縫結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),DBR-銀膜界面上的塔姆激元(Tamm plasmon polaritons,TPPs)和納米縫中的SPPs能夠同時(shí)被有效激發(fā),并相互耦合形成TPPs-SPPs混合模式,當(dāng)TPPs與SPPs滿足波矢匹配條件時(shí),利用TPPs的局域場(chǎng)增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)可顯著提高SPPs的激發(fā)效率,結(jié)合納米縫中的類法布里-珀羅腔共振效應(yīng),最終可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)單納米縫異常透射率的有效增強(qiáng).本文利用傳輸矩陣法和有限元算法分析了DBR-銀納米縫結(jié)構(gòu)上單納米縫的透射特性.經(jīng)過參數(shù)優(yōu)化,在銀膜厚度為100 nm、納米縫寬為11 nm時(shí),DBR-銀納米縫結(jié)構(gòu)的最大透射率為0.166,相對(duì)于TiO_2銀納米縫結(jié)構(gòu)(無DBR)的透射率(0.01),提高了16倍.該研究從基本物理機(jī)理出發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)單納米縫異常透射的增強(qiáng),研究結(jié)果在納米光子學(xué)、近場(chǎng)光學(xué)成像與探測(cè)、極化激元激光器等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域具有潛在的應(yīng)用價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:Because of its compact structure, easy integration and high coupling efficiency, single nanometallic slit structure is often used in surface plasmon polaritons based on surface plasmon excitation. However, the low transmittance of single nanocrystalline slit is always a problem in the conversion of the structure to practical application. In fact, how to effectively enhance its transmittance has been the focus of research. In this paper, an effective method and structure for enhancing the abnormal transmission of single nano-slit is proposed. The bragg reflector is distributed by distributed Bragg reflector. When TM polarized light is incident from the DBR side to the DBR- silver nanostructure. Both the Tamm plasmon polaritons at the interface of DBR- silver film and the SPPs in the nanocrystalline can be effectively excited at the same time. When TPPs and SPPs satisfy the condition of wave vector matching, the local field enhancement effect of TPPs can significantly improve the excitation efficiency of SPPs. Combined with the Fabry-Perot cavity resonance effect in the nanocracks. In this paper, the transmission characteristics of DBR- silver nanostructure are analyzed by transmission matrix method and finite element method, and the parameters are optimized. The maximum transmittance of DBR- silver nanostructure is 0.166 when the silver film thickness is 100 nm and the gap width is 11 nm. The transmittance of TiO_2 silver nanostructure (no DBR) was increased by 16 times compared with that of silver nanostructure (no DBR). This study realized the enhancement of abnormal transmission of single nano-slit based on the basic physical mechanism. The results have potential applications in the fields of nano-photonics, near-field optical imaging and detection, polarimetric lasers and so on.
