噴漆室滅火系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:搭建了全尺寸模擬噴漆室滅火試驗(yàn)平臺(tái),以清漆為試驗(yàn)燃料,分別在無(wú)障礙物和有障礙物兩種情況下進(jìn)行了水噴淋、泡沫和細(xì)水霧3種滅火系統(tǒng)的滅清漆池火試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)中測(cè)得的溫度、輻射熱通量和一氧化碳濃度數(shù)據(jù),分析了各系統(tǒng)的滅火效果。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,無(wú)障礙物時(shí),3種滅火系統(tǒng)均能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)滅火,水噴淋和細(xì)水霧的降溫和輻射熱阻隔效果要明顯優(yōu)于泡沫滅火系統(tǒng),細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng)的洗消煙氣效果則明顯優(yōu)于其他二者;有障礙物時(shí),3種滅火系統(tǒng)只能實(shí)現(xiàn)抑火,不能滅火,3種滅火系統(tǒng)的降溫和輻射熱阻隔效果相似,細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng)的洗消煙氣效果同樣明顯優(yōu)于其他二者。細(xì)水霧滅火系統(tǒng)的整體滅火效果更好,更適合在噴漆室場(chǎng)所使用。
[Abstract]:The full-scale simulated spray chamber fire extinguishing test platform was set up. The varnish was used as the test fuel and the water spray foam and water mist systems were used to extinguish the varnish pool fire under the two conditions of no obstacle and obstacle respectively. Based on the experimental data of temperature, radiant heat flux and carbon monoxide concentration, the fire extinguishing effect of each system is analyzed. The experimental results show that without obstacles, all three fire extinguishing systems can put out fire, and the cooling and radiation thermal barrier effects of water spray and fine water mist are obviously better than that of foam fire extinguishing system. The smoke removal effect of water mist fire extinguishing system is obviously better than that of the other two systems. When there are obstacles, three kinds of fire extinguishing systems can only restrain fire, but can not extinguish fire. The cooling and radiation thermal barrier effects of three kinds of fire extinguishing systems are similar, and the effect of washing off flue gas by water mist extinguishing system is obviously better than that of the other two systems. The water mist fire extinguishing system has better fire fighting effect and is more suitable for use in spray room.
