香蘭素生產(chǎn)工藝安全評價與分析

【摘要】:本文介紹了香蘭素和鄰氨基苯甲醚生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的布局以及概況。并對香蘭素和鄰氨基苯甲醚的生產(chǎn)的工藝流程以及反應(yīng)機(jī)理進(jìn)行了深入的研究。該研究具有明確的工業(yè)背景和應(yīng)用價值。 根據(jù)香蘭素和鄰氨基苯甲醚生產(chǎn)過程中所使用的危險化學(xué)品原料的特性,對危險化學(xué)品原料進(jìn)行了危險性的識別。對香蘭素和鄰氨基苯甲醚生產(chǎn)過程中以及工藝反應(yīng)過程中存在的危險和有害因素進(jìn)行了識別和分析。并且對物料的儲存狀況、裝卸過程中的危險進(jìn)行了識別以及分析討論。 根據(jù)香蘭素和鄰氨基苯甲醚的儲存狀況和生產(chǎn)工藝特點(diǎn),選擇了危險度評價法、道化學(xué)火災(zāi)爆炸指數(shù)評價法和池火災(zāi)事故后果模擬分析法對該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行定性和定量的評價。最終對香蘭素和鄰氨基苯甲醚項(xiàng)目安全評價的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了闡述,對該項(xiàng)目存在的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了分級。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the layout and general situation of vanillin and o-aminophenyl ether production projects. The technological process and reaction mechanism of vanillin and o-aminomethyl ether were studied. This research has definite industrial background and application value. According to the characteristics of dangerous chemical raw materials used in the production of vanillin and o-aminophenomethyl ether, the dangerous chemical raw materials were identified. The dangerous and harmful factors in the production of vanillin and o-aminophenyl ether and in the process of reaction were identified and analyzed. The storage status of the material and the hazard during loading and unloading are identified and discussed. According to the storage status and production process characteristics of vanillin and o-aminomethyl ether, risk assessment method, chemical fire and explosion index evaluation method and simulation analysis method of pool fire accident consequence were selected to evaluate the project qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the safety evaluation results of vanillin and o-aminomethyl ether project are described, and the risk of the project is classified.
