分形特征對(duì)掘進(jìn)通風(fēng)粉塵分布和沉降規(guī)律影響分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)目前煤礦井下呼吸性粉塵濃度高、降塵效率低的問題,結(jié)合分形分維數(shù)可以很好地描述顆粒粒徑的分布,由公式D=3-n看出,直接改變Rosin-Rammler分布函數(shù)中分布指數(shù)n可以描述粉塵粒徑分布和沉降規(guī)律。采用FLUENT模擬分析分布指數(shù)n對(duì)呼吸性粉塵分布和沉降影響,并總結(jié)其規(guī)律,為掘進(jìn)巷道的開采方式和降塵技術(shù)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems of high dust concentration and low dust reduction efficiency in coal mine at present, the particle size distribution can be described well by combining fractal dimension, which can be seen from formula D _ (3-n). Directly changing the distribution index n in the Rosin-Rammler distribution function can describe the particle size distribution and deposition of dust. The influence of distribution index n on the distribution and deposition of respirable dust is analyzed by FLUENT simulation, and its rule is summarized, which provides a theoretical basis for the mining mode and dust control technology of tunneling roadway.
