【摘要】：安全文化對企業(yè)事故預(yù)防有重要作用，安全文化載體是企業(yè)進行安全文化建設(shè)的重要手段。但是目前大多數(shù)企業(yè)的安全文化載體在內(nèi)容、主題、邏輯性等方面存在諸多問題，導(dǎo)致了安全文化建設(shè)的效果不明顯、作用不突出。因此，本文首先對安全文化基本問題進行了研究，即明確了安全文化就是安全管理理念，且這些安全管理理念與事故率有相關(guān)關(guān)系；確定了影響企業(yè)安全業(yè)績的安全文化元素，并分別從定性和定量的角度分析了安全文化與安全業(yè)績之間的關(guān)系，指出了安全文化載體建設(shè)的必要性。其次，通過對現(xiàn)有安全文化載體存在問題的分析，明確了安全文化載體的功能及設(shè)計目的，依照安全文化展示單元選擇與劃分---安全文化展示空間選擇---安全文化載體展示形式及展示內(nèi)容分析的思路提出了煤礦企業(yè)工業(yè)廣場的安全文化載體內(nèi)容設(shè)計方案，通過寓教于樂的方式將安全文化元素融于員工的工作與生活。最后，為確保安全文化載體能夠發(fā)揮最佳效果，，文章針對安全文化載體的使用辦法和展現(xiàn)效果的評估提出了建議，以期為企業(yè)安全文化建設(shè)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Safety culture plays an important role in the prevention of accidents, and the carrier of safety culture is an important means of safety culture construction. However, at present, there are many problems in the content, theme and logic of the safety culture carrier of most enterprises, which lead to the safety culture construction effect is not obvious, the function is not outstanding. Therefore, this paper firstly studies the basic issues of safety culture, that is to say, the safety culture is the concept of safety management, and these safety management concepts are related to the accident rate, and the safety culture elements that affect the safety performance of enterprises are determined. The relationship between safety culture and safety performance is analyzed from qualitative and quantitative aspects, and the necessity of construction of safety culture carrier is pointed out. Secondly, through the analysis of the existing safety culture carrier, the function and design purpose of the safety culture carrier are clarified. According to the idea of safety culture display unit selection and division, safety culture display space selection, safety culture carrier display form and display content analysis, this paper puts forward the content design scheme of safety culture carrier in industrial square of coal mine enterprise. Integrate the safety culture into the work and life of the staff through education and fun. Finally, in order to ensure the best effect of the safety culture carrier, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the use of the safety culture carrier and the evaluation of the performance of the safety culture carrier, in order to provide a reference for the construction of the safety culture in the enterprise.
