【摘要】：改革開放以來(lái),特別是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)之后,我國(guó)的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)正在蓬勃發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程正在飛速地加快,建設(shè)、化工、電力、能源等領(lǐng)域的項(xiàng)目數(shù)量和規(guī)模都在不斷增長(zhǎng)。但是在這種工程項(xiàng)目中,所需設(shè)備大多數(shù)都是尺寸龐大、形狀復(fù)雜、價(jià)格昂貴、精度較高、單件設(shè)備的重量從幾十噸至幾百噸、甚至于上千噸的設(shè)備,對(duì)運(yùn)輸?shù)馁|(zhì)量和運(yùn)輸?shù)募夹g(shù)要求較高,并且這些大型設(shè)備都需要從生產(chǎn)供應(yīng)地或港口碼頭在規(guī)定的時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)送達(dá)目的地。這些大件設(shè)備是否能夠安全地到達(dá)目的地,是工程項(xiàng)目能否按時(shí)、按量完成的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也關(guān)系到整個(gè)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展。因此,如何科學(xué)、合理的對(duì)大件貨物運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行安全綜合評(píng)價(jià),確保大件貨物運(yùn)輸安全是當(dāng)前的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。本文圍繞大件貨物道路運(yùn)輸?shù)陌踩u(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題,通過(guò)大量地閱讀國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)、資料,分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外安全評(píng)價(jià)的發(fā)展及研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了本論文的研究背景、研究意義和目的；對(duì)本論文所涉及到的大件貨物、大件貨物運(yùn)輸、安全評(píng)價(jià)等理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單地闡述,為后續(xù)大件貨物道路運(yùn)輸安全評(píng)價(jià)奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)；詳細(xì)地分析了影響大件貨物道路運(yùn)輸安全的因素,并建立了大件貨物道路運(yùn)輸安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系；運(yùn)用層次分析法確定安全評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系中各個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,然后用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)大件貨物道路運(yùn)輸安全性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并列舉了一個(gè)實(shí)例進(jìn)行詳盡的分析和研究。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, especially after entering the 21st century, the market economy of our country is booming, and the process of modernization is speeding up at full speed. The number and scale of projects in the fields of construction, chemical industry, electric power, energy and so on are constantly increasing. But in this kind of project, most of the equipment needed are large size, complex shape, high price and high precision. The weight of each piece of equipment ranges from dozens tons to several hundred tons, even thousands of tons. The quality of transport and the technical requirements for transport are high, and these large equipment need to be delivered to the destination within the specified time frame from the production supply or port terminal. Whether these large equipment can reach the destination safely is the key problem whether the project can be completed on time and according to the quantity, and it is also related to the healthy development of the whole national economy. Therefore, how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the safety of large cargo transportation and ensure the safety of large cargo transportation is an important issue at present. This paper focuses on the safety evaluation of road transportation of large cargo, through a large number of domestic and foreign literature, data, analysis of the development of domestic and foreign safety assessment and research status, introduced the research background, research significance and purpose of this paper; The theoretical knowledge of large goods, large cargo transportation, safety evaluation and so on are briefly described in this paper, which lays a solid foundation for the safety evaluation of road transportation of large goods. This paper analyzes in detail the factors that affect the safety of road transportation of large cargo, and establishes the evaluation index system of road transportation safety of large cargo, and determines the weight of each index in the safety evaluation index system by using AHP. Then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the safety of road transportation of large cargo, and an example is given for detailed analysis and study.
