【摘要】：探討了鋁粉爆炸事故特征及演化機(jī)理,分析了鋁粉(d0.5=23μm)爆炸特性參數(shù)和危險(xiǎn)指數(shù)等級(jí),其爆炸敏感度和嚴(yán)重度遠(yuǎn)大于石松子粉(30±5)μm。從涉鋁粉場(chǎng)所設(shè)備防爆、建筑物防爆與泄壓、惰化防爆及工作場(chǎng)所除塵系統(tǒng)要求等方面提出了預(yù)防和控制鋁粉爆炸事故措施,有助于降低該類(lèi)場(chǎng)所的粉塵爆炸事故風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:The characteristics and evolution mechanism of aluminum powder explosion accident were discussed. The explosion characteristic parameters and danger index grade of aluminum powder were analyzed. The explosion sensitivity and severity were much higher than that of stone pine powder (30 鹵5) 渭 m. The measures to prevent and control the explosion accident of aluminum powder are put forward from the aspects of equipment explosion prevention, building explosion protection and pressure relief, inerting explosion prevention and dust removal system requirements in the workplace, which will help to reduce the risk of dust explosion accident in this kind of place.
