【摘要】：為解決船舶應(yīng)急能力脆弱性的定量評(píng)估問(wèn)題,建立基于證據(jù)理論的船舶應(yīng)急脆弱性評(píng)估模型。該模型包括:建立船舶應(yīng)急脆弱性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系,該體系考慮指標(biāo)的完備性和可量化性,為模型的計(jì)算奠定基礎(chǔ);選取證據(jù)理論作為模型的評(píng)估方法,最終建立具體的船舶應(yīng)急脆弱性評(píng)估模型;進(jìn)行應(yīng)急子系統(tǒng)的二次評(píng)估,進(jìn)一步對(duì)子系統(tǒng)的敏感性和暴露性進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并定量評(píng)估每個(gè)指標(biāo)的脆弱度。對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明:所提出的基于改進(jìn)證據(jù)理論的船舶應(yīng)急脆弱性評(píng)估模型具有較高的科學(xué)性和實(shí)用性,可在同類(lèi)問(wèn)題中加以應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of quantitative assessment of ship emergency vulnerability, a ship emergency vulnerability assessment model based on evidence theory was established. The model includes: establishing the evaluation index system of ship emergency vulnerability, considering the completeness and quantification of the index, laying the foundation for the calculation of the model, selecting the evidence theory as the evaluation method of the model, Finally, a specific ship emergency vulnerability assessment model is established, and the secondary assessment of the emergency subsystem is carried out, and the sensitivity and exposure of the subsystem are further calculated, and the vulnerability of each index is evaluated quantitatively. The results show that the proposed ship emergency vulnerability assessment model based on improved evidence theory is more scientific and practical, and can be applied in the similar problems.
