泵反轉(zhuǎn)液力透平速度滑移的計(jì)算與分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)離心泵反轉(zhuǎn)液力透平(PAT),采用RNGk-ε湍流數(shù)值模擬分析了泵工況(正轉(zhuǎn))與透平工況(反轉(zhuǎn))的速度滑移特性,揭示了滑移系數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,提出了考慮滑移系數(shù)時(shí)計(jì)算PAT泵工況與透平工況揚(yáng)程換算關(guān)系的新方法.結(jié)果表明:隨著流量增加,泵工況滑移系數(shù)增大,透平工況滑移系數(shù)減小.速度滑移引起葉輪內(nèi)的附加水力損失,透平工況流量大于額定流量時(shí),其滑移系數(shù)小,葉輪內(nèi)附加水力損失小,這是液力透平大流量時(shí)效率高的原因之一.采用PAT換算關(guān)系新方法計(jì)算了不同比轉(zhuǎn)速下的6個(gè)PAT算例的揚(yáng)程換算值,并將結(jié)果與未考慮滑移系數(shù)的方法比較,經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證該方法的平均誤差約減小5%~20%.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the velocity slip characteristics of centrifugal pump reverse hydraulic turbine (PAT), are analyzed by RNGk- 蔚 turbulence simulation, and the variation rule of slip coefficient is revealed. A new method for calculating the conversion relationship between the lift of PAT pump and turbine is presented when the slip coefficient is taken into account. The results show that with the increase of flow rate, the slip coefficient of pump working condition increases and the slip coefficient of turbine condition decreases. The speed slip causes the additional hydraulic loss in the impeller. When the turbine flow rate is larger than the rated flow rate, the slip coefficient is small and the additional hydraulic loss in the impeller is small. This is one of the reasons for the high efficiency of hydraulic turbine with large flow rate. The new method of PAT conversion relation is used to calculate the head conversion values of six PAT examples at different specific speeds. The results are compared with those of the method without consideration of slip coefficient. The average error of this method is reduced by about 5% ~ 20% by experiments.
