一種非接觸式的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓柱齒輪參數(shù)測量方法

【摘要】:齒輪傳動具有傳動效率高、傳動比恒定、功率和速度適用范圍廣等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在工業(yè)產(chǎn)品中廣泛應(yīng)用。齒輪的精度直接影響到工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)。目前齒輪參數(shù)的測量主要采用三坐標(biāo)測量儀、CNC齒輪測量中心等接觸式測量方法。這些接觸式測量設(shè)備的使用和維修成本均較高,不便于大范圍推廣。基于機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)的非接觸測量方法,具有實時、高效以及不損害齒面等優(yōu)點(diǎn),且隨著攝像設(shè)備不斷改進(jìn)發(fā)展,測量精度大大提高。將機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)用于齒輪的測量中,提出了一種非接觸式的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圓柱齒輪參數(shù)檢測方法,對齒輪的幾何參數(shù)和部分單項誤差進(jìn)行了測量。
[Abstract]:Gear transmission has many advantages, such as high transmission efficiency, constant transmission ratio, wide application range of power and speed, and is widely used in industrial products. The precision of gear directly affects the quality of industrial products. At present, three-coordinate measuring instrument and CNC gear measuring center are mainly used to measure gear parameters. The cost of use and maintenance of these contact measuring equipment is high, so it is not easy to popularize in a large scale. The non-contact measurement method based on machine vision technology has the advantages of real-time, high efficiency and no damage to the tooth surface, and with the development of camera equipment, the measurement accuracy is greatly improved. In this paper, the machine vision technology is applied to the measurement of gears. A non-contact method for measuring the parameters of standard cylindrical gears is proposed, and the geometric parameters and some individual errors of gears are measured.
