【摘要】：本研究提出交替矩形窗口導(dǎo)控激振閥的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),該閥由閥體、閥芯、齒輪機(jī)構(gòu)、步進(jìn)電機(jī)等組成,步進(jìn)電機(jī)通過(guò)齒輪驅(qū)動(dòng)閥芯旋轉(zhuǎn),閥芯凸肩上交替矩形窗口機(jī)構(gòu)控制閥芯左右兩端壓力腔的壓力交替變化,驅(qū)動(dòng)閥芯軸向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),控制閥進(jìn)油口與兩控制口交替通斷,驅(qū)動(dòng)油缸活塞左右運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生激振。
[Abstract]:In this study, the innovative design of alternating rectangular window guided vibration valve is proposed. The valve is composed of valve body, valve core, gear mechanism, step motor and so on. The alternating rectangular window mechanism on the convex shoulder of the valve core controls the pressure alternation between the right and left ends of the valve core, drives the valve core axial reciprocating motion, controls the valve inlet and the two control ports alternately breaks, and drives the piston of the cylinder to move left and right to produce exciting vibration.
