【摘要】：介紹了核電站中兩種常用裝卸料機(jī)抓具的機(jī)構(gòu)。首先對(duì)兩種裝卸料機(jī)整體性能做了比較,然后分別從機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、安全自鎖設(shè)計(jì)、加工工藝等方面分析各自特點(diǎn),為裝卸料機(jī)抓具設(shè)計(jì)提供優(yōu)化方案。在抓具優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),應(yīng)充分考慮連桿過長引起的強(qiáng)度問題。為了達(dá)到多個(gè)抓爪動(dòng)作一致性,應(yīng)充分考慮相關(guān)加工、安裝工藝問題。在機(jī)械自鎖方面,應(yīng)充分考慮自鎖實(shí)現(xiàn)的可靠性。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces two kinds of common grabbing mechanism of loading and unloading machine in nuclear power station. Firstly, the overall performance of the two loaders is compared, and then their characteristics are analyzed from the aspects of mechanism design, safety self-locking design and processing technology, respectively, which provide an optimized scheme for the design of the loading and unloading machine. The strength problem caused by the excessive connecting rod should be fully considered in the optimum design of the grab. In order to achieve multiple claw movement consistency, we should fully consider the related processing, installation process. In the aspect of mechanical self-locking, the reliability of self-locking should be fully considered.
