【摘要】：隨著中國社會老齡化的日益嚴(yán)重,以及公共設(shè)施的普及,老年人在使用公共設(shè)施過程中遇到的問題就亟待解決。本研究以ATM機為例來研究公共設(shè)施的通用性問題,通過實證研究來探究公共自助設(shè)施在老年人和年輕人中的使用情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)可用性問題,優(yōu)化設(shè)計來使得老年人能公平的使用公共設(shè)施。本研究通過問卷法、可用性測試、事后訪談法及用戶參與等定性和定量的方法,來探究現(xiàn)有ATM機操作過程中的可用性問題,如邀請年輕用戶和老年用戶共同參與對于現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)的眼動可用性測試實驗,任務(wù)包括“輸入密碼”,“取款”,“顯示余額”等生活中常用的操作功能。通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)可用性問題,并將兩組人群的眼動結(jié)果進行對比,找出他們在操作過程中的差異點,根據(jù)通用設(shè)計的指導(dǎo)原則對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行改進、優(yōu)化,再通過參與性設(shè)計,對界面布局進行重新設(shè)計,從而減小不同年齡層用戶對于ATM機使用的差異感。之后,再通過相同步驟的實驗對改進后的界面進行驗證,來確保改進設(shè)計的有效性。結(jié)果顯示,不同年齡層在使用現(xiàn)有ATM機上存在著差異性,并發(fā)現(xiàn)了操作過程中的可用性問題,通過改進設(shè)計,減小了不同年齡組結(jié)果之間的差異性,說明改進界面能提高用戶的可用性水平,具有可行性�，F(xiàn)有研究中對公共設(shè)施中的界面研究是比較少的,并且以定性研究為主,本研究以ATM機界面為例來研究公共設(shè)施的通用性;整個研究中,方法主要圍繞著定性和定量結(jié)合,主觀和客觀結(jié)合,研究維度更全面些,經(jīng)過實驗驗證,改進后的界面滿足了公共設(shè)施通用性方面的要求,也說明了該研究方法在公共設(shè)施研究中的可行性及有效性,可以推廣到其他公共設(shè)施產(chǎn)品的研究中去,具有一定實際意義。
[Abstract]:With the aging of Chinese society and the popularization of public facilities, the problems encountered by the elderly in the process of using public facilities need to be solved. This study takes ATM as an example to study the commonality of public facilities, through empirical research to explore the use of public self-help facilities in the elderly and young people, found usability problems. Optimize the design so that the elderly can use public facilities equitably. In this study, the usability problems in the operation of ATM are explored by qualitative and quantitative methods, such as questionnaire, usability testing, post-interview and user participation. For example, young users and old users are invited to participate in the experiment of eye movement usability test for the existing system. The tasks include "input password", "withdraw money", "display balance" and other common operational functions in daily life. Through the analysis of the experimental data, the usability problem is found, and the eye movement results of the two groups of people are compared to find out their differences in the operation process, and to improve and optimize the problems found according to the guiding principles of the general design. Through participatory design, the layout of the interface is redesigned to reduce the difference between users of different age groups. Then, the improved interface is verified by the same step experiment to ensure the effectiveness of the improved design. The results show that there are differences between different age groups in using the existing ATM machines, and the usability problems in the operation process are found, and the differences between the different age groups are reduced by improving the design. It shows that the improved interface can improve the usability level of users and is feasible. In the present research, there is little research on the interface of public facilities, and the qualitative research is the main part. This study takes ATM interface as an example to study the commonality of public facilities; in the whole study, the methods mainly focus on the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Subjective and objective combination, the research dimension is more comprehensive, after experimental verification, the improved interface meets the general needs of public facilities, and also shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the research method in the research of public facilities. It can be extended to the research of other public facilities, which has certain practical significance.
