【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)與知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,我國(guó)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)受到嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn),產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、交貨期等都受到市場(chǎng)小批量、多批次的產(chǎn)品需求的影響。對(duì)于機(jī)械制造企業(yè)而言,工藝知識(shí)的有效管理奠定了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、加工的基礎(chǔ),是企業(yè)贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要因素。本文在研究分析國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)工藝知識(shí)管理的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)歸納出目前工藝知識(shí)管理中存在的問題,如工藝知識(shí)分類不明確、使用效率低,沒有一套完整健全的工藝知識(shí)管理體系架構(gòu)來對(duì)工藝知識(shí)進(jìn)行管理,工藝知識(shí)得不到快速分享等等,這些問題給工藝設(shè)計(jì)和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)帶來很大困擾,直接影響機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的好壞與企業(yè)效益。本文以作者參與的某企業(yè)的“快速工裝工藝與知識(shí)管理平臺(tái)”項(xiàng)目為課題來源,針對(duì)上述問題,引入全生命周期理論,提出了一套工藝知識(shí)分類體系,并根據(jù)工藝知識(shí)管理活動(dòng)分析,設(shè)計(jì)出一套完善的工藝知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng),以提高企業(yè)工藝設(shè)計(jì)效率,使得工藝知識(shí)可有效、方便地存儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)用與共享,最終提高企業(yè)效益。本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下三部分。(1)基于工藝知識(shí)特征分析,構(gòu)建了工藝知識(shí)分類體系。針對(duì)目前工藝知識(shí)分類混亂的問題,本文引入知識(shí)全生命周期理論,用文中所設(shè)計(jì)的分類體系對(duì)工藝知識(shí)進(jìn)行分類,為開展企業(yè)工藝知識(shí)管理活動(dòng)奠定基礎(chǔ)。(2)改進(jìn)知識(shí)管理生命周期模型,基于機(jī)械產(chǎn)品工藝知識(shí)管理生命周期模型,設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品工藝知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)。針對(duì)目前沒有一套完整的工藝知識(shí)管理體系架構(gòu)模型的問題,本文在分析機(jī)械產(chǎn)品工藝知識(shí)管理活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一套工藝知識(shí)管理生命周期模型。據(jù)此,設(shè)計(jì)出工藝知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng),來實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)對(duì)工藝知識(shí)快速共享與重用。(3)借助產(chǎn)品協(xié)同管理平臺(tái)開放式、可重構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì),集成開發(fā)工藝知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)。本文以機(jī)械行業(yè)和某公司的需求為背景,基于產(chǎn)品協(xié)同管理平臺(tái),開發(fā)出機(jī)械產(chǎn)品工藝知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng),并以某企業(yè)工藝知識(shí)作為數(shù)據(jù)源,對(duì)文中提出的模型和系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and knowledge economy, the mechanical manufacturing enterprises in our country have been severely tested. The quality and delivery time of the products are all affected by the demand of small batches and many batches of products in the market. For mechanical manufacturing enterprises, the effective management of process knowledge has laid the foundation of product production and processing, and is an important factor for enterprises to win the competitive advantage. Based on the research and analysis of the process knowledge management at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the process knowledge management, such as the unclear classification of the process knowledge, the low efficiency of application. The lack of a complete and sound process knowledge management system framework to manage process knowledge, process knowledge can not be shared quickly, and so on, these problems to process planning and enterprise production bring a lot of trouble, Directly affect the quality of mechanical products and enterprise efficiency. Based on the project of "Rapid tooling process and knowledge Management platform", which the author participates in, this paper presents a set of classification system of process knowledge by introducing the whole life cycle theory to solve the above problems. According to the analysis of process knowledge management activities, a set of perfect process knowledge management system is designed in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise process planning, so that the process knowledge can be stored, used and shared effectively and conveniently, and finally the benefit of the enterprise can be improved. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) based on the analysis of process knowledge, the classification system of process knowledge is constructed. Aiming at the confusion of process knowledge classification, this paper introduces the whole life cycle theory of knowledge and classifies process knowledge with the classification system designed in this paper. The process knowledge management system is designed based on the process knowledge management life cycle model of mechanical products. In order to solve the problem that there is not a complete set of process knowledge management architecture model at present, this paper constructs a set of process knowledge management lifecycle model based on the analysis of process knowledge management activities of mechanical products. Based on this, a process knowledge management system is designed to realize the rapid sharing and reuse of process knowledge in enterprises. The system integrates and develops process knowledge management system with the advantage of open and reconfigurable product collaborative management platform. Based on the requirements of the machinery industry and a company, a process knowledge management system for mechanical products is developed based on the product collaborative management platform, and the process knowledge of a certain enterprise is used as the data source. The model and system presented in this paper are implemented.
