【摘要】：為模擬軸承工作的實際工況,設(shè)計了一種基于氣液兩相流的軸承性能模擬試驗臺,闡述了模擬試驗臺的總體設(shè)計及其工作原理,并詳細介紹了軸承性能模擬試驗臺的電液比例加載系統(tǒng)、氣液兩相流系統(tǒng)、電氣控制及數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。該軸承性能模擬試驗臺不僅可以開展軸承耐久性、指定工況等基本性能模擬試驗,還可以進行軸承腔內(nèi)油氣換熱特性模擬試驗、供回油匹配性能模擬試驗、收油效率模擬試驗及壓力-流量特性模擬試驗等多項性能試驗。
[Abstract]:In order to simulate the actual working condition of bearing, a kind of bearing performance simulation test-bed based on gas-liquid two-phase flow is designed, and the overall design and working principle of the simulation test-bed are described.The electro-hydraulic proportional loading system, gas-liquid two-phase flow system, electrical control and data acquisition system are introduced in detail.The bearing performance simulation test rig can not only carry out basic performance simulation tests such as bearing durability and specified working conditions, but also simulate the oil and gas heat transfer characteristics in the bearing chamber for the oil return matching performance simulation test.Several performance tests, such as oil recovery efficiency simulation test and pressure-flow characteristic simulation test, etc.
