【摘要】：基于非線性油膜力模型的滑動(dòng)軸承轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性分析方法,建立非線性油膜力模型,采用有限差分方法求解Reynolds方程,從而求得油膜力,獲得軸承軸心軌跡與臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,分析由于不同起點(diǎn)位置對滑動(dòng)軸承轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性影響。結(jié)合實(shí)際工況,科學(xué)選取了11個(gè)不同的轉(zhuǎn)子起點(diǎn)位置,通過求得其一系列臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,獲得此11個(gè)不同起點(diǎn)生成的臨界穩(wěn)定性運(yùn)行參數(shù)Op曲線圖,通過對其縱向?qū)Ρ�、橫向?qū)Ρ群途C合分析表明:轉(zhuǎn)子在距離穩(wěn)定運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)的軸心位置越近的起點(diǎn)啟動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子,越有利于系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Based on the nonlinear oil film force model, the nonlinear oil film force model is established, and the Reynolds equation is solved by the finite difference method, and the oil film force is obtained. The bearing axis track and critical speed are obtained, and the influence of different starting points on the stability of sliding bearing rotor system is analyzed. 11 different rotor starting points are selected scientifically under actual working conditions. By obtaining a series of critical rotational speeds, the critical stability running parameters Op curves generated from these 11 different starting points were obtained, and the longitudinal comparison was made. The transverse comparison and comprehensive analysis show that the closer the axial center position of the rotor is to the starting point of the rotor, the better the stability of the system is.
