【摘要】：本文通過(guò)梳理文獻(xiàn)和總結(jié)國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),建立了可持續(xù)發(fā)展的初步理論框架,并以此來(lái)分析中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展所面臨的資源環(huán)境、結(jié)構(gòu)失衡、社會(huì)發(fā)展與外部壓力的現(xiàn)實(shí)挑戰(zhàn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)的路徑選擇:推進(jìn)市場(chǎng)化改革,依靠市場(chǎng)機(jī)制帶動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型;推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略,實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展;以新型城鎮(zhèn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)抓手,推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整;在科技前沿與國(guó)際規(guī)則領(lǐng)域兩線(xiàn)作戰(zhàn),重塑?chē)?guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:By combing the literature and summing up the international experience, this paper establishes a preliminary theoretical framework of sustainable development and analyzes the realistic challenges of the sustainable development of Chinese economy, such as resource environment, structural imbalance, social development and external pressure. On this basis, the paper puts forward the path to meet the challenge: to promote market-oriented reform, to rely on market mechanism to drive economic transformation, to promote innovation-driven strategy, and to realize endogenous growth and sustainable development; Take the new urbanization as the reality, push forward the adjustment of the economic and social structure, fight in the front line of science and technology and the field of international rules, rebuild the international competitive advantage.
