【摘要】：考慮到國(guó)際貿(mào)易、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和環(huán)境質(zhì)量之間的系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián)性,本文構(gòu)建包含技術(shù)-規(guī)模效應(yīng)和結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)的環(huán)境質(zhì)量方程,并將其中的收入變量?jī)?nèi)生化,從而通過相應(yīng)的彈性系數(shù)反映出國(guó)際貿(mào)易對(duì)環(huán)境影響的直接和間接效應(yīng)、長(zhǎng)期和短期效應(yīng)。利用中國(guó)跨省的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析的結(jié)果表明:國(guó)際貿(mào)易對(duì)中國(guó)環(huán)境影響的短期作用要小于長(zhǎng)期,雖然短期內(nèi)會(huì)帶來環(huán)境的負(fù)面影響,但從長(zhǎng)期來看,國(guó)際貿(mào)易間接引致的技術(shù)效應(yīng)和結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)將超過規(guī)模效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Considering the systemic correlation among international trade, economic growth and environmental quality, this paper constructs an environmental quality equation including technology-scale effect and structural effect, and internalizes the income variable. Therefore, the direct and indirect effects of international trade on the environment, the long-term and short-term effects are reflected by the corresponding elastic coefficients. The results of empirical analysis using panel data from across provinces in China show that the short-term impact of international trade on China's environment is smaller than that of the long term, although it will bring negative environmental impacts in the short term, but in the long run, The technological and structural effects of international trade will outweigh the scale effects.
