【摘要】：以位于國家限制開發(fā)區(qū)域的云南省怒江州為例,利用654份農(nóng)戶調查問卷和logistic回歸模型對農(nóng)戶薪柴消費的影響因素進行了實證分析。研究表明:農(nóng)戶薪柴消費與家庭總人口、是否外出打工、所在行政村是否在自然保護區(qū)、所在行政村海拔是否大于2000 m、所在行政村到縣城的距離正相關,與上年現(xiàn)金支出、是否有現(xiàn)金補貼、住房條件負相關。在保持其他變量不變的前提下,所在行政村海拔大于2000 m的農(nóng)戶使用薪柴的概率比海拔在2000 m以下的農(nóng)戶高64.70%;在自然保護區(qū)的農(nóng)戶消費薪柴的概率是自然保護區(qū)外農(nóng)戶的3.26倍;所在行政村到最近縣城的距離每增加1 km,農(nóng)戶使用薪柴的概率增加6.12%;對農(nóng)戶進行現(xiàn)金補貼會使薪柴消費概率下降38.39%。在此基礎上,對限制開發(fā)區(qū)域的環(huán)保政策、財政政策、人口政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、投資政策提出了有針對性的調整建議。
[Abstract]:Taking Nujiang Prefecture, Yunnan Province, as an example, the influencing factors of household fuelwood consumption were analyzed by using 654 peasant household questionnaires and logistic regression model. The study shows that the consumption of firewood by farmers is related to the total household population, whether they work outside the country, whether the administrative village is in a nature reserve, whether the altitude of the administrative village is more than 2000 m.The distance from the administrative village to the county seat is positively related to the cash expenditure of the previous year. Whether there is a cash subsidy, housing conditions are negatively correlated. On the premise of keeping other variables unchanged, the probability of using fuelwood was 64.70m higher in the administrative village with an altitude of more than 2000 m than that of the farmer below 2000 m above sea level. The probability of consuming fuelwood by farmers in nature reserve was 3.26 times than that outside nature reserve, and the probability of using fuelwood was increased by 6.12for each increase in the distance from the administrative village to the nearest county town by 1 km,. The probability of fuelwood consumption will be reduced 38.39 by cash subsidy to farmers. On the basis of this, some suggestions are put forward for the adjustment of environmental protection policy, fiscal policy, population policy, industrial policy and investment policy.
