【摘要】：創(chuàng)新已成為當(dāng)今世界競爭格局中的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力和國家競爭力的決定性因素。作為國際經(jīng)濟(jì)大家庭中的重要力量,金磚國家已在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中扮演愈來愈重要的角色。重塑金磚國家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長動(dòng)力,大力提升國家創(chuàng)新競爭力,是驅(qū)動(dòng)金磚國家實(shí)現(xiàn)平衡、協(xié)調(diào)和可持續(xù)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的戰(zhàn)略基石。探究國家創(chuàng)新競爭力的內(nèi)涵及構(gòu)成要素,在構(gòu)建國家創(chuàng)新競爭力和評(píng)價(jià)模型的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)金磚國家的創(chuàng)新競爭力進(jìn)行詳細(xì)測算和差異分析,有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)提升金磚國家創(chuàng)新競爭力的戰(zhàn)略途徑:促進(jìn)金磚國家科技創(chuàng)新合作,大力實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略,加快培育和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè),加大研發(fā)創(chuàng)新投入的強(qiáng)度和力度,完善科技成果產(chǎn)出機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新人才的外引內(nèi)育,強(qiáng)化企業(yè)在國家創(chuàng)新體系中的主體地位等。
[Abstract]:Innovation has become the main driving force in the world competition pattern and the decisive factor of national competitiveness. As an important force in the international economic family, BRICS countries have played an increasingly important role in global economic growth. Reshaping the growth momentum of BRICS economies and boosting their innovative competitiveness are strategic cornerstones that drive the BRICS to achieve balanced, coordinated and sustainable economic growth. On the basis of constructing the national innovation competitiveness and evaluation model, the paper makes a detailed calculation and analysis on the innovation competitiveness of the BRICS countries. It will help to find strategic ways to enhance the innovation competitiveness of the BRICS countries: promoting cooperation in scientific and technological innovation among the BRICS countries, vigorously implementing the innovation-driven strategy, speeding up the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries, and increasing the intensity and intensity of R & D innovation investment. Improve the production mechanism of scientific and technological achievements, strengthen the external introduction of innovative talents, strengthen the main position of enterprises in the national innovation system.
