【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的今天,知識已成為創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵,它以前所未有的態(tài)勢影響著產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中的知識創(chuàng)新的進(jìn)程。因此,研究影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中知識創(chuàng)新的影響因素成為勢在必行的課題,對此研究有利于企業(yè)面對快速的知識更替、先進(jìn)的技術(shù)發(fā)展等作出靈敏的應(yīng)對措施以及提升企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)新的能力,以應(yīng)對激烈的市場競爭壓力。 本文利用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合的研究方法分析了影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群中知識創(chuàng)新的影響因素,定性方面從羅列影響因素入手,構(gòu)建多個概念模型進(jìn)行分析,定量方面從計(jì)算各影響因素的權(quán)重以及其所占總影響因素的比重,從而得出結(jié)論,進(jìn)而提出針對高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的知識創(chuàng)新的方法、建議和改進(jìn)措施。 首先,本文簡單介紹了課題的研究背景、意義、研究目的及方法、研究內(nèi)容及框架以及本文研究的創(chuàng)新之處；其次,對目前研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)和分析,介紹論文涉及的相關(guān)概念和理論,接著進(jìn)入論文的主體分析,深入分析并闡釋產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識創(chuàng)新的機(jī)理以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與知識創(chuàng)新的相互作用,第四章通過問卷調(diào)查的形式來確定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識創(chuàng)新的影像因素并進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。第五章也是通過問卷調(diào)查的形式來確定對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識創(chuàng)新有影響的因素并通過驗(yàn)證最終確定了十二個因素指標(biāo),以便在下文中做進(jìn)一步的分析。利用層次分析法(AHP)計(jì)算各個影響因素相對于目標(biāo)問題的重要性權(quán)重,最后通過排序找出影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵性影響因素。最后選取合肥市高新技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,闡述了合肥市高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識創(chuàng)新的基礎(chǔ),分析合肥市高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群知識創(chuàng)新存在的問題,提出合肥市高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群提升知識創(chuàng)新能力的對策建議。第六章對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出論文存在的差距與不足,對將來如何進(jìn)一步的深入研究提出展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the integration of global economy, knowledge has become the key to innovation, which has an unprecedented influence on the process of knowledge innovation in industrial clusters. Therefore, it is imperative to study the influencing factors of knowledge innovation in industrial clusters, which is helpful for enterprises to face rapid knowledge turnover. Advanced technology development and other sensitive measures to improve the knowledge innovation ability of enterprises to cope with the fierce market competition pressure. In this paper, the influence factors of knowledge innovation in industrial clusters are analyzed by combining theory with practice, qualitative and quantitative, and several conceptual models are constructed qualitatively. In the quantitative aspect, the weight of each influencing factor and the proportion of the total influencing factor are calculated, and the conclusion is drawn, and the method of knowledge innovation for the industrial cluster of high-tech development zone is put forward, and the suggestions and improvement measures are put forward. First, this paper briefly introduces the research background, significance, research purpose and method, research content and framework, as well as the innovation of this paper. Secondly, the paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant literature and theory. This paper introduces the related concepts and theories involved in the paper, and then enters into the main body analysis of the paper, analyzes and explains in depth the mechanism of industrial cluster knowledge innovation and the interaction between industrial cluster and knowledge innovation. The fourth chapter determines the image factors of industrial cluster knowledge innovation by questionnaire. The fifth chapter also determines the factors that affect the knowledge innovation of industrial clusters through questionnaire survey and finally determines the twelve factor indicators through verification for further analysis in the following. The importance weight of each influencing factor relative to the target problem is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, the key factors affecting the knowledge innovation of industrial clusters are found out by sorting out. Finally, the paper chooses Hefei Hi-tech Development Zone as an empirical study, expounds the basis of knowledge innovation in Hefei Hi-tech Industrial Cluster, and analyzes the existing problems of knowledge Innovation in Hefei High-Tech Industrial Cluster. The countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the knowledge innovation ability of Hefei high-tech industrial cluster are put forward. The sixth chapter summarizes the full text, points out the gaps and shortcomings of the paper, and puts forward the prospect of how to further study in the future.
