【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流,作為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)生活的重要組成部分,對(duì)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展起著重要的作用。物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)是現(xiàn)代物流在一定區(qū)域的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的空間系統(tǒng),它的網(wǎng)絡(luò)式發(fā)展對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展起到“極化效應(yīng)”和“擴(kuò)散效應(yīng)”,而區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展又能從物流發(fā)展規(guī)模、方式、空間組織結(jié)構(gòu)等方面促進(jìn)物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展。環(huán)渤海地區(qū)是我國(guó)重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極之一,近年來(lái)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是由于城市間注重自身發(fā)展,忽視區(qū)域的合作,缺乏統(tǒng)一的發(fā)展規(guī)劃,在發(fā)展過(guò)程中還存在著問(wèn)題,制約了區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善,也在一定程度上限制了環(huán)渤海地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,因此,整合環(huán)渤海地區(qū)的物流資源,加強(qiáng)區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè),推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展,具有十分重要的意義。 本文以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作基本理論為基礎(chǔ),吸納學(xué)術(shù)前沿的研究成果,運(yùn)用理論和實(shí)際相結(jié)合、規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,圍繞環(huán)渤海物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化展開(kāi)研究。通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)采集和分析,較全面的描述了環(huán)渤海物流發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)物流發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)不完善、物流發(fā)展環(huán)境有待改善、物流企業(yè)專業(yè)化與社會(huì)化程度不高、缺乏統(tǒng)一的發(fā)展規(guī)劃等問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上借鑒長(zhǎng)三角、香港、美國(guó)等地發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流以及物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了構(gòu)建環(huán)渤海物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的政策建議：通過(guò)對(duì)區(qū)域中心城市進(jìn)行合理的定位,并對(duì)物流節(jié)點(diǎn)、物流通道、物流信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)等物流要素進(jìn)行整合,從物流政策保障平臺(tái)著手,加強(qiáng)政府間的協(xié)作制度建設(shè),發(fā)揮行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的橋梁作用,完善物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè),從而推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Modern logistics, as an important part of social economic life, plays an important role in national economy and social development. Logistics network is a spatial system developed on the basis of a certain area of modern logistics. Its network development plays a "polarization effect" and "diffusion effect" on the development of regional economic integration. The development of regional economic integration can promote the development of logistics network from the aspects of logistics development scale, mode, spatial organization structure and so on. The Bohai Rim region is one of the most important economic growth poles in China. In recent years, the logistics industry has developed rapidly. However, due to the attention paid to the self-development among cities, the neglect of regional cooperation and the lack of a unified development plan, there are still problems in the process of development. It restricts the perfection of the regional logistics network, and to some extent restricts the development of the economic integration around the Bohai Sea. Therefore, the integration of the logistics resources around the Bohai Sea region and the strengthening of the construction of the regional logistics network, It is of great significance to promote the development of regional economic integration. Based on the basic theory of regional economic cooperation, this paper absorbs the research achievements of the academic frontier, combines theory with practice, and combines normative analysis with empirical analysis. Around the Bohai Sea logistics network to promote regional economic integration. Through data collection and analysis, this paper describes the current situation of logistics development in Bohai Sea, and finds out that the logistics network is not perfect, the environment of logistics development needs to be improved, and the degree of specialization and socialization of logistics enterprises is not high. Lack of unified development planning and other issues. Based on the experience of developing modern logistics and logistics network in the Yangtze River Delta, Hong Kong and the United States, the paper puts forward the construction of a logistics network around the Bohai Sea. Policy recommendations for promoting regional economic integration: through the rational positioning of regional central cities and the integration of logistics elements such as logistics nodes, logistics channels, logistics information networks, and so on, starting from the logistics policy guarantee platform, Strengthening the construction of cooperation system among governments, giving play to the bridge function of trade association, perfecting the construction of logistics network, thus promoting the development of regional economic integration.
