【摘要】：長期以來，關(guān)于對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的研究一直是理論界的熱點(diǎn)問題。這主要是因為對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級對于一國或地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長具有正向促進(jìn)作用，同時相關(guān)研究能夠為政府部門在擬定產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和貿(mào)易政策時提供更多的思路。但是現(xiàn)有的研究文獻(xiàn)或者研究對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的關(guān)系，或者研究對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的單向影響關(guān)系，或者從總量水平研究對外貿(mào)易和產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值的關(guān)系，或者針對二者關(guān)系的研究更多局限在省域?qū)用娴取１疚囊晕覈鵀檠芯恐黧w，以結(jié)構(gòu)為研究視角，將對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)二者統(tǒng)一起來進(jìn)行研究，這是本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 本文主要研究內(nèi)容分為以下三大部分:第一部分是第2章文獻(xiàn)綜述。具體包括對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論以及二者關(guān)系的研究綜述，這為后面實證分析提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是本文的主體內(nèi)容，包括第3章和第4章。首先對我國對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的演進(jìn)歷程進(jìn)行分析，并總結(jié)它們各自的變化特征和趨勢；其次基于1992—2011年時期的數(shù)據(jù)，主要采用格蘭杰因果檢驗方法，對我國對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)變化與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實證分析。第三部分為第5章結(jié)論和政策建議。對第4章的實證結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié)，得出對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用較弱，而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的影響作用較強(qiáng)這一結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上，，提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the research on the structure of foreign trade and industrial structure has been a hot topic in the theoretical circle. This is mainly because the optimization and upgrading of the foreign trade structure and the industrial structure have a positive effect on the sustained economic growth of a country or region. At the same time, the relevant research can provide more ideas for government departments to formulate industrial policy and trade policy. However, the existing research literature either studies the relationship between foreign trade structure and economic growth, or studies the one-way influence of foreign trade structure and industrial structure, or studies the relationship between foreign trade and industrial added value from the total volume level. Or the study of the relationship between the two is more limited in the provincial level and so on. This article takes our country as the research subject, takes the structure as the research angle, unifies the foreign trade structure and the industrial structure to carry on the research, this is the innovation point of this article. The main content of this paper is divided into the following three parts: the first part is the second chapter of literature review. It includes the theory of foreign trade structure, the theory of industrial structure and the relationship between them, which provides the theoretical basis for the empirical analysis. The second part is the main content of this paper, including chapter 3 and chapter 4. Firstly, the evolution of China's foreign trade structure and industrial structure is analyzed, and their changing characteristics and trends are summarized. Secondly, based on the data from 1992 to 2011, Granger causality test is mainly used. The relationship between the change of foreign trade structure and the change of industrial structure is analyzed empirically. The third part is chapter 5 conclusions and policy recommendations. This paper summarizes the empirical conclusions in Chapter 4 and draws the conclusion that the influence of foreign trade structure on industrial structure is weak and the influence of industrial structure on foreign trade structure is stronger. On this basis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
