【摘要】：正金秋送爽,丹桂飄香,在這充滿(mǎn)收獲的美麗時(shí)節(jié),很高興與各位專(zhuān)家學(xué)者相聚莫干山,共襄改革盛會(huì)、共議改革大計(jì)!這次會(huì)議由發(fā)改委國(guó)際合作中心與財(cái)政科學(xué)研究所共同主辦,我謹(jǐn)代表會(huì)議主辦方,對(duì)各位專(zhuān)家、嘉賓的到來(lái)表示誠(chéng)摯歡迎,對(duì)會(huì)議的召開(kāi)表示熱烈祝賀!莫干山論改革,已成為我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)思想和經(jīng)濟(jì)理論界的一面旗幟、一種象征。1984年的第一次"莫干山會(huì)議",是中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),也是新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)我國(guó)中青年經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)者的第一次"集體發(fā)聲",被譽(yù)為"經(jīng)濟(jì)改革思想史的開(kāi)創(chuàng)性事件"�；厥桩�(dāng)年,面對(duì)根深蒂固的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)思想重重包圍,如何啟動(dòng)改革并"殺出一條血路來(lái)"?中青年經(jīng)濟(jì)
