【摘要】：科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化是指由創(chuàng)新主體在運用創(chuàng)新資源研究、試驗所形成的創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出基礎(chǔ)上,將這些創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出投入生產(chǎn)的過程。科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化具有復(fù)雜性、風(fēng)險性和市場性等特征�？萍汲晒D(zhuǎn)化意味著創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出形成實際創(chuàng)新價值的過程,若科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化能對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長產(chǎn)生正向促進(jìn)效應(yīng),則會帶來技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效的提高;若科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化對經(jīng)濟(jì)增長產(chǎn)生了負(fù)向的影響,就會降低技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效。我國的創(chuàng)新市場尚處于不成熟不完善狀態(tài),尤其是技術(shù)與創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品交易市場,因此,通過提高科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化率來促進(jìn)我國各區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新績效的提升,是推動經(jīng)濟(jì)長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一條重要途徑。
[Abstract]:The transformation of scientific and technological achievements refers to the process of putting these innovative outputs into production on the basis of the innovative outputs formed by the research and experiment of innovative resources. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is characterized by complexity, risk and market. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements means the process of forming the actual innovation value of the innovation output. If the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements can produce a positive promoting effect on the economic growth, it will bring about the improvement of the technological innovation performance. If the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has a negative impact on economic growth, it will reduce the performance of technological innovation. The innovation market of our country is still in an immature and imperfect state, especially the market of technology and innovation products. Therefore, by increasing the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements, we can promote the improvement of technological innovation performance in various regions of our country. It is an important way to promote long-term sustainable development of economy.
