【摘要】：中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)是到2020年全面建成小康社會(huì)的必然要求和重要內(nèi)容。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)未來發(fā)展有巨大潛力和空間,具備諸多有利條件,同時(shí)也面臨來自國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。國(guó)際方面面臨全球總需求及其結(jié)構(gòu)、全球宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、全球?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)、全球貿(mào)易和投資環(huán)境出現(xiàn)的新變化,國(guó)內(nèi)方面面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)比較優(yōu)勢(shì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展約束條件的變化以及全面建成小康社會(huì)的迫切要求,這決定中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)勢(shì)在必行。
[Abstract]:China's economic transformation and upgrading is an inevitable requirement and important content for building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020. China's future economic development has great potential and space, has many favorable conditions, but also faces unprecedented international and domestic challenges. At the international level, the global aggregate demand and its structure, the global macroeconomic environment, the competitive dynamics of the global real economy, the new changes in the global trade and investment environment, The domestic aspect is faced with the change of the economic comparative advantage and the restriction condition of economic development, and the urgent requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way, which decides that the transformation and upgrading of China's economy is imperative.
