【摘要】：隨著工業(yè)化在全球范圍內(nèi)的推進(jìn)，各種環(huán)境問題也接踵而至，環(huán)境污染和生態(tài)破壞已經(jīng)對人類自身的生存和發(fā)展構(gòu)成了嚴(yán)重威脅。作為東北老工業(yè)基地的重要組成部分，遼寧省的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了巨大成就，但“高開采、低利用、高排放”的現(xiàn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)模式直接促成了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的資源環(huán)境代價(jià)過大的嚴(yán)峻局面。如何確保資源的可持續(xù)利用，促進(jìn)區(qū)域社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，已成為遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展面臨的一大難題。 本文在系統(tǒng)分析遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及借鑒國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，，以遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平的評價(jià)為主線，通過與相關(guān)省市產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平的對比分析，探討促進(jìn)遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展的對策和建議。主要內(nèi)容安排如下： 第一章為導(dǎo)論，介紹本文的研究背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章為產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的相關(guān)理論，對產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的含義、基本特征、影響因素以及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。 第三章為產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建，在指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的基本原則下，通過專家咨詢法、頻度統(tǒng)計(jì)法和理論分析法，分別從宏觀、中觀和微觀三個(gè)層面選取了合理的指標(biāo)。運(yùn)用因子分析法確定所選取指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值，最終得到產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基本框架。 第四章為本文的重點(diǎn)，對遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行評價(jià)。利用第三章中構(gòu)建的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系模型，分別從宏觀、中觀和微觀三個(gè)層面對遼寧省的產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析和評價(jià)，并通過與相關(guān)省市產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展水平的對比分析，結(jié)合遼寧省的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況，得出遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化具有的優(yōu)勢和存在的問題。 第五章在第四章比較分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上提出提高遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化水平的對策建議。在第四章評價(jià)結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上，提出適合遼寧省產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化發(fā)展的路徑。第六章為結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the advance of industrialization in the global scope, various environmental problems have followed. Environmental pollution and ecological destruction have posed a serious threat to the survival and development of human beings. As an important part of the northeast old industrial base, Liaoning Province has made great achievements in economic construction, but "high mining, low utilization," The current economic model of high emission contributes directly to the severe situation that the resource and environment cost of economic growth is too high. How to ensure the sustainable use of resources and promote the sustainable development of regional social economy has become a major problem facing the economic and social development of Liaoning Province. On the basis of systematically analyzing the development of industrial ecology in Liaoning Province and drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research achievements, this paper takes the evaluation of the level of industrial ecological development in Liaoning Province as the main line. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the ecological development of industry in Liaoning Province are discussed through the comparative analysis with the development level of industry ecology in relevant provinces and cities. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and innovation. The second chapter is the related theory of industrial ecology, the meaning, basic characteristics, influencing factors and related theories are summarized and analyzed. The third chapter is the construction of industrial ecological development level evaluation index system, under the basic principle of index system construction, through the expert consultation method, frequency statistics method and theoretical analysis method, respectively, from the macro, Reasonable indexes are selected at the three levels of meso-and micro-level. Using factor analysis method to determine the weight value of the selected index, finally get the basic framework of the evaluation index system of industrial ecological development level. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, to evaluate the level of industrial ecological development in Liaoning Province. Using the evaluation index system model constructed in the third chapter, this paper makes a systematic analysis and evaluation on the level of industrial ecological development in Liaoning Province from the macro, meso and micro levels. Through the comparative analysis with the development level of industry ecology in relative provinces and cities, combined with the industrial development and ecological environment of Liaoning Province, the advantages and problems of industrial ecological development in Liaoning Province are obtained. The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of industrial ecology in Liaoning province on the basis of comparing and analyzing the results of the fourth chapter. On the basis of the evaluation results of the fourth chapter, the paper puts forward a suitable path for the ecological development of Liaoning's industry. Chapter six is the conclusion.
