【摘要】:二十世紀(jì)八九十年代以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持高速增長(zhǎng),但是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的路徑采取的是粗放式模式,主要依靠成本較低的勞動(dòng)力和廉價(jià)的土地資源等進(jìn)行拓展,而不是依靠產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的全要素生產(chǎn)率提升。因此,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量是擺在我國(guó)政府面前的一個(gè)核心議題。而產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)是形成合理的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工體系以及優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)力空間布局的一個(gè)有效途徑,貿(mào)易成本和規(guī)模報(bào)酬遞增會(huì)使較大規(guī)模的市場(chǎng)獲取出口和生產(chǎn)的優(yōu)勢(shì),形成較強(qiáng)的本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng)和人口的較大規(guī)模進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了本地市場(chǎng)規(guī)模,成為除勞動(dòng)力和資本之外的重要比較優(yōu)勢(shì),這將對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供有利契機(jī),也對(duì)我國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)開(kāi)拓了一條全新的路徑。論文在新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的框架下,采取理論分析和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方式,通過(guò)深入分析新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等理論,以此為指導(dǎo)挖掘我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)中存在的問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,梳理出了本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的機(jī)理,通過(guò)該機(jī)理地運(yùn)用,對(duì)本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)的存在性進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),并從空間基尼系數(shù)和區(qū)位熵兩個(gè)角度探討了我國(guó)制造業(yè)的集聚水平,利用空間計(jì)量方法對(duì)本地市場(chǎng)規(guī)模促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,在以上分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)下產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的策略,包括主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇、產(chǎn)業(yè)攀升的路徑以及促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的對(duì)策措施等,最后根據(jù)我國(guó)目前產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì),給出論文的結(jié)論和政策建議。第一章導(dǎo)論,主要是對(duì)論文作總體上的概括,內(nèi)容包括論文的研究背景、研究的理論意義與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義、研究的主要內(nèi)容和框架、研究采用的方法以及論文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和研究的不足。第二章為理論基礎(chǔ)與文獻(xiàn)綜述,主要介紹論文研究的基礎(chǔ)理論和有關(guān)學(xué)者對(duì)本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)研究的現(xiàn)狀。本部分主要從兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述。第一個(gè)方面是論文研究的基礎(chǔ)理論,首先從新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)的本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析,從新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)可知本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)散和產(chǎn)業(yè)空間集聚有很大的影響。其次分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的相關(guān)理論,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的實(shí)證研究、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的基準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的指標(biāo)體系和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的評(píng)價(jià)四個(gè)方面分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)理論。第二個(gè)方面是從本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)下產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)三個(gè)部分介紹相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究。第三章是基于本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)下我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的現(xiàn)狀及演變影響,主要介紹了我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)方面存在的問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的策略。第一個(gè)方面是我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀,從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的總體概況和各產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部演進(jìn)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入地分析。第二個(gè)方面是我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)中目前存在的問(wèn)題,包括服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后、自主創(chuàng)新能力不足、外向型經(jīng)濟(jì)處于價(jià)值鏈低端等。第三個(gè)方面對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,探討了本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)對(duì)我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)的影響及對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的作用。第四章是本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的機(jī)制。主要介紹本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的影響機(jī)制,產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的機(jī)制和本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的啟示。第一個(gè)方面是本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的機(jī)理,本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)以產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的形式優(yōu)化區(qū)域間的資源配置,這種集聚程度也是區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的一個(gè)重要體現(xiàn)。第二個(gè)方面是產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí),產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚通過(guò)重新組合資源和要素,在空間上促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,,實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域上的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,提高全要素生產(chǎn)率,進(jìn)而提高經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速健康增長(zhǎng)。第三個(gè)方面是本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的啟示,對(duì)需求發(fā)現(xiàn)、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的運(yùn)營(yíng)支持和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的"參與式"合作進(jìn)行了分析。第五章是本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。主要介紹本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)存在性的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),我國(guó)制造業(yè)分行業(yè)集聚水平的測(cè)算和本地市場(chǎng)規(guī)模促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。第一個(gè)方面是本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)存在性的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),對(duì)全國(guó)省級(jí)層面面板數(shù)據(jù)我們采用多種方法對(duì)本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)的存在性開(kāi)展研究,在全國(guó)省級(jí)層面并未發(fā)現(xiàn)存在本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)。從對(duì)各個(gè)省市的面板數(shù)據(jù)分析來(lái)看,發(fā)現(xiàn)細(xì)分到省市的面板數(shù)據(jù)檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果與全國(guó)省級(jí)層面的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果有著很大的區(qū)別,發(fā)現(xiàn)部分省份存在著本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng),主要集中在交通比較便利和貨物容易集散的地區(qū)。第二個(gè)方面是制造業(yè)分行業(yè)集聚水平的測(cè)算,通過(guò)對(duì)各個(gè)省市的空間基尼系數(shù)和區(qū)位熵進(jìn)行計(jì)算,不同的制造業(yè)部門(mén)在各個(gè)省份的集聚程度出現(xiàn)明顯的不同。第三個(gè)方面是本地市場(chǎng)規(guī)模促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),本地市場(chǎng)規(guī)模能夠促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚,而產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)具有明顯的推動(dòng)作用,在本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)發(fā)揮作用的同時(shí),貿(mào)易因素也是影響產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的一個(gè)重要因素。第六章是基于本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng)下產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的選擇。主要介紹主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇,產(chǎn)業(yè)攀升的路徑和促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的政策措施。第一個(gè)方面是主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的選擇,結(jié)合實(shí)證結(jié)果主要討論了現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)、智能機(jī)器人、信息以及新一代信息技術(shù)以及核電產(chǎn)業(yè)。第二個(gè)方面是產(chǎn)業(yè)攀升的路徑,包括路徑類型和選擇的具體路徑。第三個(gè)方面是促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)的政策措施,包括加強(qiáng)區(qū)域合作,統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃,合理布局;立足優(yōu)勢(shì),產(chǎn)業(yè)互動(dòng);大力發(fā)展主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng);增強(qiáng)自主創(chuàng)新融入全球價(jià)值鏈。第七章是對(duì)全文的總結(jié)和相關(guān)政策建議。根據(jù)上述研究結(jié)果,提出本文的研究結(jié)論和政策建議,包括全國(guó)省級(jí)層面不存在本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng),分省級(jí)層面存在區(qū)域本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng),基尼系數(shù)和區(qū)位熵各省分布不均勻和本地市場(chǎng)規(guī)模對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)具有明顯的推動(dòng)作用。從以上研究結(jié)果來(lái)看,利用我國(guó)龐大的市場(chǎng)空間和需求,加大創(chuàng)新等科技投入不斷增強(qiáng)本地市場(chǎng)效應(yīng),從而促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)加快升級(jí),為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)提供空間。
[Abstract]:Since 80s and 90s twentieth Century, China's economy has been growing at a high speed, but the path of economic growth is based on extensive mode, mainly relying on low cost labor and cheap land resources, instead of relying on industrial value chain and upgrading the total factor productivity. The transformation of economic development mode and the improvement of the quality of economic growth is a core issue facing our government. The upgrading of industrial structure is an effective way to form a reasonable industrial division system and optimize the spatial distribution of productive forces. The increase of trade costs and returns of scale will make the larger market access to export and production. The advantages and strong local market effect, the rapid growth of China's economy and the large scale of the population further strengthen the scale of the local market, and become an important comparative advantage except labor and capital. This will provide a favorable opportunity for the development of our industry, and also open up a new path to the industrial upgrading of our country. Under the framework of new economic geography, this paper combines theoretical analysis and empirical research, through the in-depth analysis of new economic geography, industrial economics and other theories, in order to guide the existing problems in the upgrading of China's industrial structure, and on this basis, to comb out the mechanism of the local market effect to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. Through the application of this mechanism, the existence of local market effect is tested empirically, and the concentration level of China's manufacturing industry is discussed from two angles of space Gini coefficient and location entropy, and the spatial measurement method is used to analyze the upgrading of the industrial structure by the local market scale. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the present analysis. The strategy of upgrading the industrial structure under the ground market effect, including the choice of the leading industry, the path of the industry rising and the countermeasures to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. Finally, the conclusion and the policy suggestions are given according to the current situation and trend of the industrial development in China. Chapter 1 is the introduction, which is mainly a summary of the paper. It includes the research background of the thesis, the theoretical significance and practical significance of the research, the main content and framework of the research, the methods used in the research, the innovation points and the insufficiency of the research. The second chapter is the theoretical basis and literature review, which mainly introduces the basic theory of the research and the present situation of the research on local market effect by the relevant scholars. At the same time, the trade factor is also an important factor affecting industrial agglomeration. The sixth chapter is the choice of industrial structure upgrading based on the local market effect. It mainly introduces the choice of leading industry, the path of industry climbing and the policy measures to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. The first aspect is the choice of the leading industry, combining with the empirical results. We should discuss the modern manufacturing industry, intelligent robot, information and new generation of information technology and nuclear power industry. According to the results of the above research, we put forward the conclusions and policy recommendations of this paper, including no local market effect at the provincial level and the provincial level.
