【摘要】：縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)具有行政區(qū)劃的性質(zhì)，其研究價值集中體現(xiàn)在對工農(nóng)業(yè)和城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的紐帶作用上�？h域具有量大面寬的特點(diǎn)，在我國的國民經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中處于基礎(chǔ)地位，其基礎(chǔ)性也造成了不同縣域間的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起點(diǎn)的差距。這種基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)濟(jì)的差異性給我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的平衡發(fā)展帶來了很大的阻力。 筆者以黔中經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的核心區(qū)域貴陽市作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)失衡的研究對象，把區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)失衡和協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理論作為指導(dǎo)思想，從變化歷程，空間分布和相關(guān)因素的合理性三個方面加以統(tǒng)籌研究，通過研究來獲得促進(jìn)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的策略，這些策略的獲得可以為我國縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與和諧社會的構(gòu)建帶來理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)上的指導(dǎo)意義。 根據(jù)相關(guān)研究獲得：從2002年到2011年，，貴陽市9個縣市區(qū)（小河區(qū)、觀山湖區(qū)除外）的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平呈現(xiàn)出相對擴(kuò)大的趨勢；運(yùn)用SPSS19．0中的因子分析方法以及計(jì)量檢驗(yàn)對縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的最終分析結(jié)果表明貴陽縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的兩極分化在不斷加大，利用經(jīng)濟(jì)差異預(yù)警模型獲得的數(shù)據(jù)，分析出縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)的失衡已經(jīng)對貴陽市全區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展造成了不良影響；確定了造成本地區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的原因即：基礎(chǔ)經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和城市化水平的失衡；通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、資本投入和鄉(xiāng)村城市化等問題的改進(jìn)，來促進(jìn)本區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，是解決本市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展失衡的根本措施。 本文的主題主要分為五個部分： 第一部分：導(dǎo)論 第二部分：貴陽市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的理論性分析 第三部分：貴陽市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的實(shí)證分析 第四部分：貴陽市縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對策 第五部分：結(jié)論與展望
[Abstract]:County economy has the nature of administrative division, and its research value is concentrated on the link between industry and agriculture and urban and rural economy. The county area is characterized by a wide range of areas and is in a basic position in the national economic system of our country, which also causes a gap between the starting points of economic development among different counties. The difference of basic economy brings great resistance to the balanced development of market economy and regional economy in our country. The author takes Guiyang, the core region of the central Guizhou economic zone, as the research object of regional economic imbalance, and takes the theory of regional economic imbalance and coordinated development as the guiding ideology. The spatial distribution and the rationality of related factors are studied as a whole, and the strategies to promote the development of county economy are obtained through the research. The acquisition of these strategies can bring theoretical and practical significance for the development of county economy and the construction of a harmonious society. According to the relevant research: from 2002 to 2011, the economic development level of 9 counties in Guiyang City (Xiaohe District, except Guanshan Lake region) showed a relatively expanding trend; Using the factor analysis method in SPSS19.0 and the final analysis result of the econometric test to the county economy, it shows that the polarization of the county economy in Guiyang is increasing continuously, and the data obtained by the economic difference warning model are used. The analysis shows that the imbalance of the county economy has had a negative impact on the development of the whole district economy of Guiyang, and has determined the causes of the local regional economic differences, namely: the imbalance of the basic economy, the industrial structure and the level of urbanization; through the analysis of the industrial structure, The improvement of capital investment and rural urbanization to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy is the fundamental measure to solve the imbalance of the county economic development in this city.
